    Terrible Stay

    it was pathetic , not even 3 star property . the room size was incredibly small, no basic amenities were available . no toiletries nothing …. even for cutlery we got plastic spoons to have our dinner.

    Rude front desk staffs. Need to change their attitude towards their cus

    It was not as expected rooms not clean and the front desk staffs were not friendly. They didn’t even show me the room just said 4th floor. How would someone know. I had to wonder looking for the room that too at night time. I had to go back and forth to ask.

    Poor Stay

    The hotel is an old property. They were so unkind that they charged me 100 baht for merely asking for one hr (at 1 o'clock) late checkout. I told them that i don't have cash but i can pay by card. Her reply was " in this case, you will be charged 500 baht. As i didn't have baht so i paid her rmb 200 (chinese currency. She gave me back 100 baht and said that the rest (rmb 100) will take care of 100 baht. But the exchange rate is 1 rmb = 5 baht. So she kept 400 baht extra in her pocket. I knew everything but i kept quiet. I will never recommend this hotel again.

    Stay was neat & tidy good service and hospitality. Kind staff. Soothing and pretty place. We really enjoyed the pool and room was very comfortable loved the entire decor and balcony

    The ac was not working properly. The washroom shower area was clogged. Had to carry our own luggage to our room by ourself.
