Useless hotel

No hot water in the bathroom despite paying 10000 rupees per night. After complaining also the issue was not resolved and when we told the receptionist while checking out she just said sorry

I recently stayed at khurana inn, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The staff stood out for their helpfulness and polite demeanor, always ready to assist with a smile. The only area for improvement is the breakfast, which i found to be quite limited in variety. Expanding the options would make the experience even better. Despite this, i would still recommend khurana inn for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Services are not good, the room which we booked was with balcony but instead we got small room with torn towels, and broken almara.

I stayed at this property around 4-5 times before too. I liked everything about this hotel, location, cleanliness, food. Everything is good. But this time i asked them for late check-out, paid them also, still not good behaviour by reception staff.

This was my second stay. The place is clean, quiet. I got a room on 6th so no sounds from the streets. Bathroom small but nothing to complain. Good people make good business. Plenty of eateries nearby.

They serve breakfast as if other is begger, limited. They give very small soap, i agree it is night market. Quality of breakfast is very poor.

A good hotel if you prefer indian food

Overall a good hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. Allowed early check in. Indian spice restaurant on ground floor serves good punjabi dishes. Location is good and excellent for foodies who loves different indian cuisine as restaurants like copper chimney, maa, sarvaana bhavan, shree bhavan santa chulha are on the same road indra shopping mall on same road. Pratunaam market is on walking distance. Staff is good and courteous. Overall a good experience.
