Pathetic hotel with absolutely non courteous staff

Overall a very poor hotel and the staff is very rigid and non courteous. Thai hospitality at an all time low. Bad non maintained room with cleaning staff equally bad. Glass pieces lying in the room from someone's previous stay and it hurt my partner yesterday and the hotel staff has nothing to say about it. Overall a really poor experience.

Oakwood suites is a very good service apartment hotel. The apartments are very clean and service is awesome. The staff is very friendly. Location is excellent too. Sorry no pics

Honestly! Very pathetic experience, Not “WORTHY”

Hospitality industry is mostly or 100% customer oriented, but Oakwood had, zero customer service, customer satisfaction. Mostly I can tell is biased toward Indian guests. Really disgusting and not all worthy of the price, a cheap hotel. Guest service and information zero. No we’re close to what you see online. Get you act right Oakwood. Thanks for a really pathetic experience. Cheers Oakwood.

Oakwood deserves a big thumbs up for their properties in Bangkok. I've stayed at both their hotels in Bangkok and the service, hospitality, amenities, value for money is absolutely brilliant. Great locations too. Close to the sky train lines. The staff are an absolute joy to interact with. They've been very accommodating with late checkouts and early check ins. Highly recommended.
