It's a "hole in the wall" feeling. Difficult to locate the property in the narrow alley in the first place. The plumbing in the washroom is from last century and will collapse if touched. Not a star rated property by any standards. The only positive is the location.

Rooms are very small. Not to book the standard and deluxe room. Hotel will give small room so that you can lay extra for upgradation. Lift is very small and dirty. Not to advise for this hotel for couple. If the group booking they will give the room on different building. If emergency very difficult to reach family. For breakfast vegetarian very difficult no option.

Very comfortable stay enjoyed 2 days. Rooftop bar stunning city view. Location was good situated in the city easy to access restaurants, bars, groceries etc. Service was incredible. Thank you

We have stayed in many hotels in bangkok, but my best experience, in this hotel ramada soy 12 sukhumvit. Superb location, superb breakfast, very very kind staff. We will always stay in this hotel

We had a very pathetic experience in this property. Rooms size are sufficient for hourly stay not even to stay for 1 whole day. When we asked reception to upgrade our room then they denied, reason given whole property booked. This was just an excuse. I recommend not to booked this property for your vacation.

Location of property is wonderful. It's in heart of sukhumvit with all happening places within walking distance with multiple food option for every cusine of world. Walking distance from terminal 21, nana plaza and nana station. Hotel is in downtown. Nice food range at breakfast good staff. 2 types of room at offer pickup the higher one. Difference between the lower and higher room category is just $21 $ 22 per day but experience is huge. Check in time for web booking is 2 pm is a bit of concern

No smoking rooms are very compact, second day was very disturbing as frequent failure of air conditioner causing hot and humide.

Good rooms. They also upgraded to better room which was good and that to interconnected rooms. Also the location is good. Near by india food and 7eleven.

Not the most hospitable or warm front desk. The room was given in a different wing far from the main lobby. Also during upgrade there were too many questions asked.

This hotel can not have 4 star rating. Very small room, it is not qualifying to be called as hotel. It is like a lodge. Poor service. Room service number was not answered by anyone even after multiple calls. Then i had to call reception. Very small passage on the floor. Not suitable to the brand name of ramada. They bought this property from some small business house and if some one booking just for sake of brand name ramada then need to think at least 100 times. Only positive was the locaation.

A wing of hotel is separate from main wing, you will feel isolated. Rooms are small also. Better part nice breakfast.
