It might not be one of the international chains, but they are as equipped and maybe better than many others. Well equipped rooms with great value for money. If you book in time you can even get a suite at the price of deluxe room

The stay at s31 was very pleasant. Very nice hotel and very good staff. The breakfast was a huge spread and very good. Very centrally located hotel with good connectivity

We booked a junior suite for 5 nights. It was an amazing stay. Location is supreme and the food is awesome. The best thing was the view from the room. It was a pleasure staying with s31.

Close enough to the BTS Station, taxi service at your doorstep, innumerable eateries around, fully functional gym and changing room, clean and spacious rooms and reliable WiFi. Not look beyond S31 for your business or family needs.

We stayed three days there and had a great time. The staff was super friendly, rooms were amazingly clean and the swimming pool was awesome!
