    Terrible Stay

    I booked a deluxe superior room, all i got was a small pokey room, in 3 days stay house keeping was never done, every-time we had to go to ask for our water. No doubt the breakfast was ok. Never again i'm going to stay in this hotel and i request you not to get carried away with what they show you

    Room size is smaller than shown on app. The menu in the room kept is not for food but only for the penalty of various amenities for damage and total loss. Breakfast is average with few items for vegetarians.

    Clean room and comfy stay

    The rooms were neat and clean. The hotel is lilo away from the main market it's a 7-10 min walk to pratunam market. They have a spa below the hotel it was amazing !

    Unsafe and scary

    Besides the wifi and air conditioning not working, the biggest shocker was when 2 unknown men entered our room at 4 am. They were sent up by "mistake" as the receptionist didn't know that our room was occupied. She also made an extra set of keys for the 2 men. We started screaming when we saw them, the hotel security was unfazed. The receptionist did not even apologize and did not seem like she made an error. Nothing was done to compensate our horrible experience.
