Excellent location, with well-decorated and well-maintained facilities. However, the breakfast lacked variety, as the same type of food was repeated every day during my 4-day stay.

Excellent stay, great breakfast, helpful staff, great pool, nice small pool in the north tower where we stayed. Ezra and rick y were helpful for late check out. Overall 4. 8 out of 5

The highlight of the property is their room. We stayed in luxury quadruple room which had two king beds and alot of space to walk around the room. Bathroom had a huge bathtub and view from the room was of the city. The location is on a busy shopping street with central world and platinum mall at a walking distance. The breakfast buffet was nice with a few indian variety. We stuck to cornflakes and chocos and fresh fruits. There are alot of local markets for food and shopping right below the hotel as well as seven eleven which can be accessible within the hotel through palladium mall. Overall an amazing experience

Poor Stay

Normal water wasn't coming in the shower amd it took 2 hrs for the technician to fix the issues which delayed my plan. Also, they seem to be charging for everything, we asked for cups to have tea and got the response that it is chargeable.

Stayed for 5 days and everything was so smooth and great. Awesome location, close to all the malls and shopping market. Very helpful staff and very good breakfast. Great restaurant and lovely swimming pool.

Me and my family visited it in october end and left early november 2024. Very nice location. Rooms were clean and staff was quick to help and serve. Food doesn't suit the indian palate hence 1* less. Wonderful memories taking back from bangkok

A decent stay if prices are affordable

A mediocre hotel with good staffs. Beware of north tower and main tower differences. It takes good 10-15 mins to reach the lobby from the north tower. There is separate dining spaces for each with lavish spread for main tower residents

Good and cooperative staff gave me early check in location wise its in the heart of city breakfast layout was huge and was catering to all palate room was spacious with good arrangement for 3rd person a very pleasant experience

Hotel give us different tower. In the room no mirror and in the bathroom no plucker for hair dryers. Not clean view not friendly staff.

Berkeley hotel is an excellent property, situated at a good location with access to the platinum mall and other areas. It had a hospitable and courteous staff that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable for my family and friends. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever i visit next and recommend it to others too.
