    Everything was perfect except the location. Good breakfast, good rooms and good swimming pool. Service is only till 10:30.

    Very small cramped rooms

    Extremely small rooms and washroom with so much weird smell coming all around. I am surprised how the hotel has been rated 5 star by so many travelers. Dining area was ok but other than that not worth 1 star. We had early check out in morning and they simply didn't have any staff to move luggage from room to the taxi

    The view from the room is to die for. The breakfast was good quality, and the view from the restaurant was brilliant.

    One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff is rude, the beds are hard and horrible, the room service closes at 11, the food is in-edible, also it is located on top of a hill, if you don't plan to ride a scooter, don't stay here at night, there are no street lights, to get back to the hotel enter at your own risk, they charge if you want to take a hotel shuttle down to the main street, the worst part about the hotel was the bed, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, beware if you are coming with a family, do not stay in this hotel.

    Awesome experience and outstanding hospitality by staff members of hotel. Overall excellent experience with mantra. I suggest and request everyone to experience this hotel once when going to Koh Samui Thailand. Thanks for a wonderful suggestion by MakeMyTrip.
