We ordered food in the room, ordered tom yum soup & it came cold, did not get any plates bowls to eat plus had cold soup, when i informed the restaurant manager he was rude to me

worst resort choice possible

The experience overall was really bad. The jacuzzi villa view is nothing like what is advertised. The whole view is blocked by bushes and plants. The staff at restaurant are very unwelcoming and feels like they do not want to serve you food. They make faces if you ask for food few minutes before the buffet closing time. Moreover, the food was terrible and had insects moving around them. Most of the time the manager is not available at the property to give you resolutions. The buggy is the most troublesome part. It takes at least 20-25 minutes for buggy to reach your villa. I saw almost every guest finding it difficult in the resort because of that. Overall, it was a very bad experience and i am never coming back here again even if for free.

The resort is very beautiful and well maintained. The campus is pretty huge and the rooms are located pretty far away from the lobby area and at a higher altitude. So, be prepared to go for a short climb to reach your room. However, they have regular shuttle cabs to carry tourists around the campus. So, no need to worry if you are worried about the climb. The resort is also close by to the Ao Nang center (around 1.5 kms). They have a free shuttle to drop you at Ao Nang Center at designated times. The breakfast was good, although limited in the items that they serve. May feel repeated in case you are staying for a longer duration. Overall a good stay. The staff members were also very helpful. I highly recommend anyone visiting Krabi to stay at this resort.

The resort is located in a very nice location. The staff are friendly and helpful. And nearby there are many good restaurants and shops. The on-site restaurant also serves good tasty food.

Loved the rooms and the views. Pretty large property however you will have to wait to get a buggy ride back to the main reception. However it’s available 24/7 stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it

It is one of the most beautiful resorts i have ever stayed in. The staff are also friendly and sweet. The whole mountain jungle theme is so wild and they have made the resort without harming or changing the natural outlook of the mountain, it is a must try for anyone who wishes to get away from everything for a few days

I recently stayed in at this property for 2 nights, and let me make it clear that apart from the rooms maybe to certain extent, nothing is good here. When we checked in, firstly the entire resort is soo huge, yet has only 1 single shuttle and that too only at one meeting point and doesn't taker you to your rooms, so you would have to climb up a lot and it's more or less like a trek here, which has not been specified in their description, so would not recommend anyone with back or leg problem to even book this accomodation. The staff was not at all understanding when we asked them for 2 near by rooms, as the entire resort is absolutely dark and no less than an jungle without street lights and poorly maintained. For the shuttle to come, we have to wait a minimum of 30 mins which is just ridiculous as its never on time as they have only 1 across, and the staff is absolutely unhelpful to understand the basic requests of the guests. They charge money for water bottles kept in rooms which should absolutely be complimentary how many ever you order as i have never been in any hotel which charges for water. They did not do the housekeeping and cleaning despite telling them twice, and lied to us that we had kept the not to clean sign on the room door. We had booked the jacuzzi room and the lights were not working for the same, so we asked them to send some staff to help us, and the staff was absolutely clueless, said it doesn't work and just walked off. They don't have house keeping staff post 5pm so no one to help, we asked for water bottles at 10pm they mentioned it can only be given next day as staff has left. When we entered the room, it was so hot and not at all prepared for the guest to check in, which ideally should be done. Any grievence we told them, they just absolutely refused to understand because of lack of facilities, staff, understanding and unhelpfulness. The day we checked out on 6th, the female at the desk was so arrogant and refused to listen to us as we were told we would get complimentary food or something complimentary for the inconvenience, but she still did charge us for the water which was absolute rubbish. For any help we need, we need to call at-least twice for them to send someone. I had requested the hotel on email more than a month before about it being someone's birthday so if they could do anything from their end, and they confirmed they wolf arrange for a cake and flowers, however, when i entered the room, the room just had a hbd written in small flowers barely seen on bed, the room was hot and not prepared for checkin and for the cake i had to remind them as they said they would give it the next day at breakfast, which was pointless as it was a birthday cake and a surprise which they absolutely ruined. Then in the name of cake, they sent a small pastry with candle which is again ridiculous. Every second here was a hassle here for the 2 nights i stayed and would never ever come back here or recommend this place to anyone as it's nothing less than burning hole in your pocket.

Its perfect the rooms. But the staff isn’t that great- they just are absolutely rude and dont tend to help and they take last order of food at 9 pm once they say 10 once they say 9:30 once they say 9. And the receptionists are not at all help ful. And they dont even call u back once the buggy gets to your room they expect u to book the buggy and go stand out side- which is typically 2/3 min walk. Which is still okay- but if u miss the buggy and call them to send it back they start being rude.

We had a 4 night stay. It’s very close to the market. The property is awesome. Hospitality is amazing. The only issue i had was food not available after 9. 30 pm. If that could be solved to some extent then it’s no less than a 5star rating
