1. The hotel is far from the beach 2. Back side view of the building 2 is too much ineffective 3. Facilities could have been better 4. Restaurant and food was good 5. The hotel allowed us to check in at 3:00 pm whereas the written check in time was 2:00 pm.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property, room amenities and hotel amenities are excellent. They kept including the umbrella everything at home, especially views of the property is awesome, go for cliff view you will enjoy. It is very close to ao nang beach and also you will find indian restaurants and tourist center just opposite to the property. Go for it.

Good place to stay. Lot of spa and restaurants near by. You have tourist information desk outside hotel. Laundry is available near hotels as well. Calm and neat place

Good stay for a budget trip.

Good location. Walking way to the hotel and issue as we had to walk complete upslope with luggage. Bed not so comfortable. Shower leaking and had cobweb in bathroom. Didn’t use the pool and other facilities. Ignore the minor things, decent hotel with a good location under the budget.

Good hotel, however horrible entrance and lobby

Rooms are good, but entrance is really horrible - first impression becomes "wrong hotel chosen. Lobby is also dead - very small and no footfall. No food is served during the day, and they have kind of no service policy - means you won't get anything in room

The location of Sugar Marina is fantastic. The rooms were well illuminated and airy. The staff was very nice and cooperative. The services were prompt, professional and up to the mark. It was really comfortable.

Good stay, little far from beach

Awesome stay as I took room attached to swimming pool, you can literally walk into the pool from your suite, good breakfast for non vegetarians, dinning room is very well decorated, ample parking inside hotel is available, staff speak English, they are not rude but language barrier may let you feel so. Lots of food option nearby, can rent scooter nearby, lots of street shopping option nearby, their browny point is the pool, two buildings both has pool, can easily locate the hotel, you will love walking from hotel to beach in evening as it is so colorful. Indian driver license is accepted. They will take passport when you hire vehicle and it is pretty safe no need to worry about the passport. Big Tesco store half kilometers away. Must try rooms attached to pool, will get the feeling of private villa.

Good but could be better

Room was good. Bit away from Ao Nang beach. The thing I don't like is there was no one to carry our luggage. I have to pick it my self to the room. Bathroom was bit small. Pool access room is the main plus point.
