Very bad experince

There is no sufficient breakfast options. No milk, no fruits, no eggs etc. Wifi or internet connectivity are very poor. In rooms there is no accessible of wifi. Porperty is far from the beach access. There is cockroch in our room.

Good Hotel but rude reception staff. They don't understand english and seems like they don't even want to. Rooms are decent and big. Breakfast is ok.

Rooms were really good but the behavior of staff was terrible and they have hard time understanding English and they hang up your phone when they don't understand you.

Starting from room service staff behavior and variety of food was really terrible. Air conditioner was not working which took around 5 hours to repair.

The room keys did not work for two days. Had to call them every time we entered. Food poor. Nobody knows English.

No restaurant near hotel and hotel does not have restaurant. You have to take tuk-tuk everytime you want to eat.

This Hotel is so far from the main market and the travel is very exp and no other person takes this Hotel I was all alone in the full Hotel the Hotel in on the highway no super market open after 8 Pm and nothing to eat and shop the main market is 45 mins away and it's very terrible to stay here and the behaviour of the staff is also very bad not to stay I would recommend.

Zero service and bad customer relations

The Hotel is nice in terms of interior and quality. But the worst is the hotel staff. They are bad and arrogant. No service provided even after repeated requests. Even though the Hotel was empty, they did not let us check in when we reached the hotel an hour before. AC is also not effective. Need to improve customer relations.
