Pathetic receptionist and hotel rules. Apparently extra person charges doesn't include bed and charged separately. Their 2 pm check-in mean dot 2pm even if you reach by 1:50pm you will have to wait for 2pm check-in ! never seen such weird property! room service for basic plate and knife is chargeable ! their sea view, which is their usp is even more sad, low tide is for about 20 hours, so you will get to see water near for 2-5pm only ! their shuttle is every 2 hours and nothing in between, you really need to time your visit else end up paying more for auto to nearest beach ! and their breakfast is really steep for the quality and spread ! as a welcome to your room you will get a list of items which they will put fine for any damages, this i will give 5 star for detailed efforts that includes a tea spoon ! and yeah definition of extra person is different, you have pay for bed speratelty apart from extra person with breakfast charges, onwers of this property take a bow for this rule ! definitely do not recommend to anyone reading this. Dec 2024 visit, look for better properties elsewhere and save your money.

Location is good in terms of view from the property but it is far from all major amenities like seven eleven and a little frol aao nang beach food is not great, at-least for indians/ vegetarians. Food was really disappointing. The resort is beautiful to relax and enjoy the slow vibe. It is equally serene in the day and the night. The amenities are fine. House keeping is not very great. The stay was still comfortable and the resort is very pretty

It's a nice stay in the village cha cha with kid and wife. Staff is very good. Shuttle service is also very good for aao nang. In every two hours.

Location is 5km away from anon g beach. You get two wheeler on rent. You can drive and enjoy. Breakfast is awesome with multiple options. Room are big and well maintained.

Villa ch a cha is bang opposite the beach. The resort also has a shuttle service which will take you to n fro from ao nang beach. The property itself is amazing with good rooms and breakfast buffet

If you want a secluded beachfront property this if good! the beachfront villa was a very nice room. You cannot swim in this beach, which is the only drawback. The food was good, and have three big nice pools to swim in. They also have a free shuttle every two hours, that takes you to the nearby town center, ao nang. A major issue we had was the rude manager lady who came in the evenings. She never gave the right information and any question we had, she made faces and did not respond properly. We travel very regularly and this has been the worst staff attitude we have ever witnessed. The lady infact told us to “shut up” when we started to address her attitude! we wanted to change the hotel immediately but we had limited days, hence did not want our plans to get effected by her attitude. Even most of the restaurant staff had a bad attitude. This surely needs to be looked into by the management. Surely never coming back here, unless the staff is charged or taught to be more hospitable.

The receptionist lady who was in the front desk was very rude talking with us
