Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach

One of the most amazing properties I have stayed in. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is right on the beach and the property in itself is of a decent size. The room was the icing on the cake. With a very good size it had a very nice bathroom and a spacious balcony. The food was very tasty and the restaurant is right on the beach side. If I have to still tell some not so good things I would say the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach should arrange a pick from the east railway beach as its a pain to walk down approx 700-800 meters with luggage just like the way they arranged a drop for us. Rest I would rate this property 10 on 10.

It's a great resort with quite many rooms. The rooms are not sea facing though. The swimming pool and restaurant both on the beach. Grand deluxe rooms are good with a bath tub in it. The only issue is boat timings for Aonang are not defined and boat does not go till there are 8 passengers. So it would be great if you can have a board displayed at reception and have collective boats to Aonang for your guests so that people do not have to wait till there are 8 or shell out individually. Rest is excellent, a must stay if you plan to stay in Railay.

The resort is at a awesome location. They have good amenities. The room was good. However the resort should state that they would have flexible checkout/check in time upon request. I paid for 1 day extra just because I had to checkout at 12:30 because of my flight timing. I felt that was just a waste. The normal check out time is at 11am I had to pay for one whole day just because I had to check out at 12:30. Otherwise the resort is amazing :)

Hotel is right on the shore of Railey Beach. Beautiful view through out the day and easy connectivity via boats. However transport desk at the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach is useless as it charges twice than what tourist desk outside the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach charge for same itinerary. Don't book anything without comparing the price. Also, food is average. You can get tastier food for lesser price at walking street next door.

The Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach has individual bungalows with a lot of greenery around! The staff are very friendly and the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach offers a lot of services for your comfortable stay ... We were also pleased as they offered complimentary chips, water, beach mat, umbrellas etc. They have 2 pools. You can enjoy the sunset at the beach or at the pool area. Highly recommended stay.

Hotel location is just amazing at the amazing price. Railay beach is one of the best beaches in the world. The sunset was beyond our imagination. The Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach staff were friendly and helpful except the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach boy who carries luggage was sort of lazy and kind of rude. Rest everything was fabulous. We had great breakfast. Rooms were spacious and beautiful.

Pros - 1. Awesome location on Railay beach. 2. Perfect for relaxation. 3. Clean Cottages. 4. Buffet breakfast. 5. Transport desk was really brilliant in planning our trips. Cons - 1. Moderate service at the restaurant. 2. Restaurant closes early in the night. Overall enjoyed my stayed here and recommend Sand Sea resort to those looking for options in Railay.

The place is amazing, the service excellent, they give various amenities for free. It is good to advise the arrival time so that they look in the port. We got lost when we arrived. Highly recommend the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach! Very attentive staff and great food! Very good breakfast too.

Absolutely breathtaking view from the resort.. Really worth the money.. Love to come back here.. Facilities were good.. Staff was cordial.. Morning breakfast was good.. We took a day tour to phi islands from here.

Hotel location is very nice on the beach only but Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach is not connected with road. You have to take ferry to go out. This is the only thing i do not like, rest of the thing is really nice, we found very good Indian restaurant on the island.

The location is very good and the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach has good facilities. I would come back again.

This is a really good property. Just beside the sea. Room is very clean and spacious. Food is good. But the USP of this Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach is it's location. Really amazing and value for money. You can take your time to enjoy across the beach and sipping the sweet coconut.

Hotel location is amazing and great rooms. Railay beach is one of the best beach in Krabi. You have to take a boat to reach the Sand Sea Resort, Railay Beach, so plan well. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Choice of food is limited.

Resort is beautifully placed at the west Railay. Location is superb. Only issue no alcohol is served in the resort and the in house restaurant closed at 9pm. But you still left out with option of walking street which is just next to the resort. Environment is very beautiful.

It was a great experience. Property is right on the Beach with mesmerizing views and scrumptious breakfast.

The place was absolutely stunning view. Good place to go, relax, with family and kids. Good activities for kayaking, swimming and snorkelling. Beach very clean. Convenient to travel via railay east boat ride. Always take the horse.

It was just awesome. It has two swimming pools. Restaurant location is superb. Ambience is really good. Rooms were very clean. Service is also very good. Staff are very cooperative except few. We had a great time there.
