Very poor food, house keeping staff attitude is very bad, if you ask for any supplies like water, towel tea bags etc they take very Long to response and give front desk staff is better. Mr DADA was very friendly and co-operative in informing about Balihai Bay rules and other places of interest in a ND Around Pattaya.

Entry gate to Balihai Bay is not good we have to climb stairs to beach Balihai Bay and stairs are of metal and noisy must have second entrance. They give only 0.7 liter of water that's not sufficient other all services are great nice location.

Location of Balihai Bay is near walking street. Ocean view rooms are fantastic. Mountain facing rooms are also good. Everything was perfect. I recommend this Balihai Bay.

Room was like 5 star Balihai Bay. Breakfast was very good. But we had to keep 4000 baht as security deposit.
