Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here for four nights and it has become a part of some wonderful memories of our vacation. Let's begin with the location - located at the best possible location with rooms overlooking the ocean and all the major attractions at walking distance be if Alcazar's show, Tiffany show, Art in paradise, night market etc There are lots of Indian restaurants to eat food. The breakfast spread is good one and they cater to Indian guests as well. Well spacious rooms and a huge washroom was an added advantage. The pool is beautiful and one can have a full view of the ocean. Overall an excellent Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel with excellent facilities.

Wonderful stay. The staff is courteous & transparent enough in their dealings. Room was upgraded & offered bay watch room at bay towers of property. Ambience, cleanliness, hygiene, room dining, room service, pool maintenance, pool towels, variety of breakfast, elevators, lobby, all was excellent maintained a 5* property rated 5* by me thank you mmt for the service. Kids friendly property. Kid zone kid pool mind blowing super. Elderly friendly restaurant at 8th floor & also at beach road. Washrooms are big & the toiletries are amazing. It's a perfect property to enjoy pattaya.

Great value for money, very comfortable beds, breakfast was okay could be better but the place over all is a great place, not forgotten the view, awesome location (close to terminal 21 and 20 bhatt you can take ride to any place. The best i liked about holiday inn is their "flow cafe" on the lobby floor - must-try in flow cafe : rainbow cake, thai tea (cold and hot. Hotel's staffs were very good and very helpful. What an excellent stay for me and my family. Would recommend to my friends.

Excellent Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel, mind blowing view from all rooms of the Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel. Very child friendly if you are traveling with children. Good Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel and nicely located. Everything is good. Deluxe rooms are a little small. There is no bath tub. Pool is a bit small too, but with a nice view of the bay. South side rooms have a great view of ocean and Pattaya city. Buffet breakfast is good. More like a business Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel, yet recommended for holidaying just due to the location and view.

Very good location. Staff members are very helpful. Good view from the room. Room size is comparatively small. Bed is very comfortable. Staff members helped us to get discounted tickets for the tiffany show, arranged for our pick up from the Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel and drop back to the Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel. Arranged for a taxi to go to Khao Yai at a very reasonable rate.

The location and view from room is excellent. Breakfasts having variety and it is changed on each day. The chicken tikka laziz we tried was excellent. The reception desk is quite informative and supportive for arrangements of car, auto or providing info on events timings. The location of bed is in a position if the door is open one can see the bed which we don't like. May be fine with others.

Amazing Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel, big room with awesome ocean view ., location bit far from main market but you can have a cab . Staff was friendly, food was tasty. All kind of food is available. Very clean Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel . They had plenty of option for open buffet breakfast . Over all it was great Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel.

This Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel is absolute value for money. Excellent location and above all the service and staff is just excellent. The staff was just excited to serve and the security at Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel was. Fantastic. I stayed in ocean view room which was just sea facing. And excellent holiday feel. Breakfast had vast menu.

We had gone to celebrate our Silver Anniversary and we were given 2 separate twin beds despite the fact that this was mentioned at the time of booking. We had asked for a king bed but they could not provide. On request then we got the beds joined. Our special day was spoiled. We requested for late check out and they agreed to it. Thanks for that.

Choose an ocean view room. As per the said it was excellent selection. About room also it was so spacious. But as per the category I can't give full mark in staffs service. Especially front office and bell desk. But the managers who is in front office will try to compensate the same. But have to improve the quality of the staff in front office.

Side sea view rooms are worth staying and van. We are vegetarian and staff and chefs were extremely helpful in making eggless bakery products for us. Thanks.

It was bang opposite the Pattaya beach. Lovely sea view from the window. No bathtub in superior sea view room. Good breakfast. Enjoy the waking street if you're in a mood for some fun. Else take the Private speed boat ride to Koh larn.

Food and service is very nice. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Everything is so good about this Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel except good you'll not have Indian food here it's location is awesome basically in the heart of the city swimming pool view is awesome I literally enjoyed a lot in this Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel and loved it a lot and it is value for money totally.

Right on the Pattaya Beach Road overlooking the ocean. The ocean view that we had taken had an amazing view. Food was good.

Enjoyed. Location is very good. Staff was very cooperative. Cleanliness was excellent. Being vegetarians we did not eat food. Yes we will surely recommend other known people to stay there. Even the tariff was affordable. I have no complain.
