Location is a too convenient and amenities are well given and maintained like roof top swimming pool and gym and service is top of the world from cleaning staff to restaurant staff to reception staff as they all are truly well versed of offering great amount of happiness and comfort to the people staying in property. And variety and many options of food is big surprise to everyone as you can’t really expect it can be so delicious. And people from every corner of world just loved the food given here and always came out having a big belly. Just big thumps up and a lots of love to every staff of property for putting so much of efforts for making our stay incredibly awesome. Thanks team de mandarin nova.

You cannot ask for anything better from a central pattaya Nova Express Pattaya. De mandarin nova express gives you all. Impeccably clean room, great neat washroom, good service. The only improvement which i may suggest is a better spread of breakfast. Some thai food be there along with indian dishes. But good sausages, ham and eggs to order. So it is highly manageable to fill your stomach. Walking street/ pattaya city sign / pattaya beach is 20 mins walk, 3 kms approx. Many nearby eateries, where one can get food at affordable rates. Would love to come back, and recommend others.

We were a group of 30 people and stayed at the property for 5 days. we had a very pleasant stay over here. The staff is very cooperative and I would like to say special thanks to the Nova Express Pattaya manager Vincent. He is a very gentle person and helpful in nature. We had all meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner booked here...the indian food they provide is very tasty 😋...would recommend to stay in the Nova Express Pattaya if you are visiting Pattaya.

One of the few Nova Express Pattayas which offer early checkin without any charges, very suitable for indian travellers who might reach the city early morning. The checkin and checkout process is very smooth. Neat and clean rooms & swimming pool. The only surprise was that they take caution deposits which any ways is refundable. Has even smoking allowed rooms. 10 minutes walk to beach and close to shopping paradise like central festival mall and terminal 21

The professionalisum is missing some were. Do change the receptionist. She tried to make money while helping the customers. Eg. She tried to add her commission in taxy booking. She palyed very bad trick at the time of check out, by showing us some patches on pillow cover, claiming it to be done by us and asked to compensate for the same. They did not help for luggage loading in taxi at the time of diparture. Please replace her.

One of the best in north as very close to central and beach road and walking street and yet very relaxing and quite and away from all the noise beside surrounded by the best eateries and clubs and different types of parlours… breakfast was delicious … especially their house keeping staff is the best to keep the place fresh and shinning so the rooms they keep in a great form.and you always feel like staying in a swanky room

We booked a Nova Express Pattaya for 3 nights there is a lady her name is Buntun she said MakeMyTrip always said wrong commitments and picture are very old and not same category MMT showing us firstly she refuse us give a higher category room as per the terms condition we insist then she gave us superior queen room when showing her pics otherwise property is awesome walking street are very long distance.

It's a super Nova Express Pattaya with clean and well maintained rooms with very supportive staff. Very good pool on the roof with a very good city view. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. The only problem is the distance from the walking street which is not walkable. But you can get tuk tuk(local shared cab or online cabs) from there.

Nova express de mandarin is one of the best place to stay at pattaya. Very hygienic and clean. Staff is also polite and helping. Only need to add dental kit in room. And please provide unlimited water for guest. Now only two bottles given daily. Other things are very up to the mark and quality stay in best price at pattaya. Thank you.

We really enjoy our stay with Nova Express. The rooftop swimming pool was really well maintained. Breakfast was good. But for Indian tourists, no option but still good variety of juice, cut fruits & bread items & Indian restaurants are withing the limit. Overall, enjoy our stay with Nova Express.

It is not a 4-star property as shown but a 3-star one. Location of Nova Express Pattaya is okay, close to beach. Rooms are small, one has to ask for dental kit etc. If you are on budget this is a good choice

I was travelling alone, my experience was good the staff kept the room neat and tidy throughout and there was no problem in getting my friend in as it is guest friendly Nova Express Pattaya.
