total bad bad bad 👎 no room service in morning as well noght no key lost charge 500 batt that is too costly

Hotel staff is good location is also good. Near walking street 10 mins from the beach and good locality.

The staff is very rude they don’t know how to talk with guest. There is no person for taking luggage.

The hotel is clean and the room provided was found to be spacious and the facilities are adequate in terms of utility and comfort. The restaurant serves only breakfast and remains closed for the entire day. However, food is easily available from outside restaurants. The kitchenette provided does not provide any stove and as per the hotel rules cooking is prohibited inside the room which most of the hotels now a days allow.

We stay for three days, location was fine, room size of junior suite is good, toiletry accessories were not complete and good, breakfast is not good and very less variety. They have not room service every day.

If you enter before 2 PM, you have to pay 750 bhats. No chance of room service. You have to take from outside of your needs. Don't expect good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Near to walking street.
