Hotel ac was not working at all. On complaint the hotel placed a table fan in the room.

Baboon a beachfront living is a value for money hotel situated right on the sea front. A great place to relax. With everything available just as you step out. The baht bus picks you up at the door. I will surely keep coming back to stay here. Cheers

Reception staff was very uncooperative and rude. There was no provision for vegetarian breakfast even when majority are indian vegetarian guests.

Baboona Beachfront hotel is one property I was absolutely thrilled to book for my new year celebrations. Though I booked the property much in advance but was thoroughly happy with my decision. My room faced the beach side. Central location. Everything easily reachable. The hotel itself was very comfortable with good. Clean rooms and washrooms. The linen and drapery were clean and I find no complaints against the hotel. Yes at the front desk the lady on duty was a little rude as we asked for a pair of towels on our check out day. She simply rejected ! Otherwise, all went well.

My room card was broken on the power socket of the room, by there fault but they charged extra money from me. I told them it's not my fault but when you're blamed me I will pay but issue a new card because the room has no power, they told me very roughly to pay the money first. It's very insulting and there is no swimming pool, also the restaurant and room service is not for 24 hours but the breakfast was good.

The hotel is fantastic, the view was really awesome food was delicious and excellent previously I was a little bit tensed because it is my fast tour out Side of India with a group of family and thanks a lot to MMT that suruat was fantastic and unbelievable

I have booked Baboona Beach Front at Pattaya & it is a awesome hotel just on the beach, superb view of see from the balcony & it is an enjoyable stay. Complimentary breakfast was superb & lots of variety only two things is required to modify. No 1 is needed to put a calling Bell in the door & the 2nd one needs English communicator other wise everything is in the top grade

The location is good, rooms are small, washrooms don't have hand soap, toilet water-spray, breakfast is also average. Mini bar is chargeable now, which was free previously.

The location is great. Rooms are beautiful. Just they dont have vegetarian breakfast. Overall nice place, clean and just in front of the Beach.

Apart from the staffs at the reception, everyone was quite cordial. The food variety should be a little more diversified. But oh boy! The view from the room was just mesmerizing and fantabulous. It takes away all your woes at the very first glance.

A decent place. Plus points for its easy to access location. Very close to all the touristy spots in Pattaya including waking street. Nice view of the Beach from the room which comes with an extra cost

Stay was good, amazing location, good food but service is biased by the staff.
Need good WiFi facility which is absolutely bad n no connectivity at all. Support staff at the breakfast table need to be kind enough to serve the customer in a happy way specially the men folk who served us is very bad n making faces when requested something n at the same time he is over friendly with the american customers which shows his biased nature for the more tips what they pay. So bad of him, however women folk who served us are really better than that men folk.
