Stay was very good. Location is very nice, close to beach and walking street. Room is clean n secure, value for money for sure.

Rooms are very spacious. Beach view from gym and restaurant is so amazing. Swimming pool is also very clean. Good place to stay.

It was a good location near to seashore but breakfast was not at all indian so had a discomfort. Rest, rooms were airy and spacious.

Amazingly beautiful location. Clean hotel & great staff. Breakfast spread was nice. Ken at the door was very humble and welcoming. Reception staff was friendly and polite.

No indian breakfast available, room smelling with pesticides treatment, few indian channel available in tv, for checkout they give threatening call and say would charge thb 10000

It was all very excellent stay the location was quite good with all the amenities at nearby locations the receptionist were very good helpful and friendly overall i enjoyed my stay here as the rooms were quite spacious with all the facilities available

Rooms are smelly and breakfast is extremely disappointing. Only advantage is the location. Staff is also non-cooperative. Avoid booking this property.

As regular, hotel booking experience on mm t was good. Hotel baywalk residence was also not good. Good location of hotel exactly in front of pattaya beach. Clean and specious rooms. Hotel staff was welcoming us provided good support all the time.

Present staff not helping to customers and not understand tourist problems, they don’t speak english properly, most of staff very aggressive and speak very loudly, room service also very bad, at the time of billing to much delay, security deposit not refund check very small -2 things.
