The staff and hotel policies was not accommodating, very rigid. The overall quality of the hotel is also just average.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, especially the team at the reception front desk, who went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a perfect location – it’s in a quiet spot but still close to the lively party areas, with shops and clubs just a short walk away. If you're looking to stay in the center of all the action yet still have a peaceful place to relax, this is the ideal choice!

It was very nice stay. Spacious room

Mosquito and leakage

Room was good but in evening when we came back after sightseeing mosquitoes was on bed and mirror, more over in the morning buffet water was falling front air conditioner

Good location, but the ac is not controllable from remote

The property is good and near the walking street, and the rooms are spacious. I stayed at the hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not controllable from the remote and made the room very cold. I struggled with this issue for two nights. I had read about this problem in someone else's review, so i think there might be some issue with their room, but i also faced the same problem. Therefore, please check the ac before moving into the room.

Had a very comfortable and luxurious stay at the aqua suite. Great food, excellent location, beach nearby and lots of activities. Well maintained jacuzzi inside the room was icing on the cake. Loved the hotel very much.

Superb stay at pattaya hotel

The stay was just superb with courteous staff except for poly at front desk who could have given me the room immediately instead of waiting for 2. 30 hrs. Rest of staff was very courteous specially lalana. The location was excellent near walking street and the room was spacious as well as breakfast was good.
