Good staff but The Manager is not good. Booked one superior couple friendly room but they give a normal room with two separated bed. And regarding location it is 20min away from walking street. No tuktuk available only taxi or grab is available.

Too far from the beach and walking street, need a taxi to come back from those locations. The only good thing is near Bangkok hospital. Food also not good.

No vegetarian food available in the entire area, very difficult to find any place to See or visit which is nearby. Nearest point is Pattaya beach which is around 4 km away. So plan accordingly. Rest everything is amazing here.

We were a group of 3 friends, had booked the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located few kms away from the main happening places in the city but, for people travelling with their families, it would be very peaceful.
