Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort

It was a good Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort with helpful staff and indian food was also available with good taste. We took indian vegetarian breakfast in booking. Most of the thing about the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. But one negative thing i observed that there is no safety for kids if we are allocated room on upper floors, railing have more space on bottom side, which can be dangerous for kids.

We reached around 9 in the night and the guy at the reception took a lot of time to check us in and was a bit rude. However, other staffs of the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort was too supportive and helpful and made our short stay worthwhile. The property is value for money and at a very good location. The nearby market and 7-11 store is always nice to have. Safe area to walk around in the night. Also, you may find too many indians in the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort.

Fisherman harbor is a serviced apartment with good natural beauty, swimming pool and overall room was good as per the price. There are things which require a lot of improvement is room lightening which is too dim, they must increase lights in room. Hot and cold water facilities require more efficiency in washroom. Difficult to get into bath tub as no stairs are present its heighten. Housekeeping and room service needs improvement.

Resort was good and big. However i booked a room with balcony but there was no view from balcony because of wall of another building. I made a request from Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort reception to change our room but they denied and ask to check next day. I had booked a room for 3 days but everyday they said we are fully booked. They also keep 1000 baht as a security deposit this was not mentioned on while booking thru mmt.

The Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort is situated in a good location making it accessible to the main market and communication. The ambience is peaceful providing it with a lovely stay to relax and chill. The food at the buffet provides you with a variety of options to binge upon to your heart's content. The staff of the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort is very amicable. In general we had a very lovely stay at the hote.

The property is massive and beautiful, the room was super clean and the view from the balcony too was amazing, the staff is disciplined and guides you well. The swimming pool too is amazing and the breakfast buffet menu was massive with vegetarian options as well. Enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it. It's easy to book tours around phuket as just next to the reception mr joseph caters to those needs.

The Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort and the surroundings are very beautiful. But the maintenance and services are quite bad. Bathroom fittings were not working properly. Check-out service was not at all smooth and we were forced to wait for long. We were refused water bottle on the day of checkout. Overall the staff was rude and the services were poor. Breakfast was good and the rooms were good.

Major changes are needed for the betterment of the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort. The building and pool is very good with lots of greenery, but the rooms are very dimly lit, needs more lights. There are 3 entrances to the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort with no checks on who is coming and going at night. Breakfast is good with few indian options. Everything is available nearby.

Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel breakfast menu is good and testy also maintain hygiene. Hotel is safe for stay to everyone. Staff is helpful to provide any information and guidance. Hotel location is near to beach so we can easily walk to beach and relaxing on beach. Hotel provides safety electrical locker which was really great. We can safely put valuable thing in locker.

I highly recommend this resort in Phuket. I had a very good experience staying here for 3 days. Rooms are spacious here. Every room has a balcony with the pool view. The pool is very big and you will enjoy relaxing there with a beer. The rate is also not high. I booked it from mm t and got it for affordable rate. The staffs and room service are also good here.

The property is good but the service wasn't up to the mark maybe because of peak season. I stayed 3 nights and they didn't change my bedsheets even once, housekeeping isn't that good. Morning breakfast never had hot meals. Otherwise the rooms and Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort were clean. The location of the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort is good.

It was a good experience staying at this Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort. Even though it's a 5-star resort, the amenities and cleanliness are not up to the mark. Staff is helpful though and arranged for a beautiful decoration for my wife's birthday which was much appreciated. Overall i'd recommend for the price definitely.

The Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort is more like an apartment with convenient location. They don’t allow any early check in and guests have to wait. Also the Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort restaurant has limited options for lunch and dinner and kitchen closes at 9. 00 pm.

The Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort is about 300 meters inside the main road. The rooms are spacious. Though the washroom gives an earlier generation feel rest of the room seems modern. Most rooms either give pool view or views of some small hill. The staff is nice. Value for money stay.

We had a pretty good stay at the fishermen’s harbour, breakfast was nice and service was nice too. Property is well maintained.

Indian breakfast is very low grade. Indian breakfast must by prepare by indian cook and more item in breakfast.

The best location outside of patong beach

It was really good experience. Location is bit far from patong beach but check in and check out process was very quick and done in couple of minutes. Food was good and Fishermen's Harbour Urban Resort was really nice

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are premium, furnished with fridge, locker, wardrobe, big tv, chair, table, umbrella, torch, slippers. Big balcony with a nice view of the swimming pool. Food quality was very good. Room service is excellent. Car service available at reception. Overall 5 star rating resort !
