It's an great "happy" property. People are amazing. Property is spic and span. Breakfast is great. The chef being an indian was the icing on top, as the indian meals were yummy, specially the dal makhani. The beach is about an 5-7 min walk. The walk back is steep incline and might be an issue with elderly or some people but for most it's fine. But it's sad that this this close to the beach, but isn't a facing property ! that would have added to the "exceptionality. The pools are super clean and comfy. The reception staff is amazing. So are the kids in the dining area. Special mention for grace at reception. Very warm and helpful. Loved our stay. Will love to come back.

View from the room: 5/5. Cleanliness and room setup: 4/5 - old woodwork. Room service: 3/5 - in the name of eco friendliness they skip mandatory toiletries when cleaning the room. Could not make them send me additional soap bar in my 3 nights stay there. Access to beaches: 4/5. Both Kata and Karon beaches were accessible by walk (road). However, steep climb to the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa would tire your legs. If not for the climb, the views from the room would not be possible. Hotel could give more shuttle pick/drop from/to both the beaches. Breakfast: 2/5. Vegetarian unfriendly, period.

Novotel phuket kata a vista resort and spa was the perfect holiday retreat for us. Kids had ample options to stay engaged including a playroom called little ocean with an attendant while we could spend some quality time at the sea shore. View from the room was stunning and the food was yummy to say the least. Only they could not support early check-in or late checkout requests probably because of the rush. But otherwise this stay was magical

Stayed at the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa for a few days. The rooms were nice and spacious. The Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa was located quite close to the Kata beach. The food was not as good as expected. The breakfast was repetitive, while the dinner menu and the in room dining menu didn't have enough options. However, we did have lunch at the restaurant on the final day which was great.

Stayed for 3 nights, amazing room with balcony with pool view and u can see sea at distance if your staying in higher floor. Food was good, room amenities were also carefully planned. Only demerit was the steep ramp to climb up/down if u miss the shuttle to the beach (300 mtr) and for local market (300 mtr) obviously u have to walk up and down the ramp. Rest it was a fun stay !

First the reception was very warm and welcoming. The bell boy was very courteous and showed us the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa's facilities. The room was very clean and state of art. Shuttle to patong was very useful. The restaurant was expensive but there are many eateries outside. For Indians I would recommend khan's in kata beach road.

Our stay at Novotel Phuket Avista Kata was excellent. The Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa is very nice, amenities are very good, staff were too good and their hospitality towards traveller is very friendly. Room size and decor was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. It could have been better if spa timings were extended till night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great with good food. More indian food would have been nice in the buffet. Thanks a lot for making our trip wonderful

Great property and especially a lot of activities for kids. Nice breakfast buffet but should add 1-2 more indian dishes as well. Very close to kata beach and within in a 5-10 mins of walking distance. Kata itself has a night market for shopping and good bars where you can enjoy with your family and friends.

This is one of the best Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spas I stayed in a long time with this budget. The location is excellent, the view is sea and nature. The staff has been cordial, room service, restaurants were fabulous. People looking for best quality services must stay at Kata beach resort.

This is a beautiful place for a family time, not far from beach and the friendly staff help you out in every possible way. The free shuttle service is very helpful and the all the tourist attraction tickets can be bought from the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa itself.

A lot of personalised attention by the staff. Rooms were excellent, as was the room. Special Kudos to the Food and Beverage Manager who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Very centrally located at the end of Kata beach, front desk staff were very warm and helpful.

Excellent place to stay, we even got an upgrade. Beautiful swimming pool - highlight of the place. Very helpful and friendly staff with quick response time. Very easy to get to Kata and Karon. Overall a good experience, would definitely like to go back and stay again.

What to say. First of all superb property And great location And then our rooms were upgraded from pool view Side to Beach view Side. Hotel manager And restaurant staff were amazing And helped us to the core. Must commended And a must visit. Super happy. )

novotel phuket kata avista is a great resort for family vacation. fantastic stay for 2 days. my kids enjoyed time here at games room, water play area and the pool. would definitely recommend this to families with kids. 👍

As expected a great stay at novotel. Nothing special to write home about. No hassles or issues. Spa provided at a complimentary rate. Excellent choice for families. Steep climb down to the beach. So you might wait for the hourly shuttle service.

It was an amazing experience, the staff was courteous, the room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

The property and amenities are just wonderful. Enjoyed the swim and drink in the pool. Every time you pass the reception you are drawn to the pool table and fusball table.

I was there with them for nights. Had booked a family room The room was huge. The staff was very friendly with my baby with proactive response to almost all service requests.

Average Hotel. 10min waking distance from beach. A little dated. Furniture had a little sign of wear and tear. Staff was good and offered prompt service. The entire property was nice and clean.
