Ac not working properly no separate bedding provided even when already mentioned at the time of check in for 3 person no wifi available and they said they do not remember it and very poor room service as nobody one is there to attend the calls otherwise location and property is good

A simple serene property

The property is at a uphill located almost 1 km away from patong area, you definitely need a transport or vehicle for daily visits to patong. They have shuttle service which have fixed timings. Overall the hotel experience was good.

Avoid at all costs

The pictures on the app are misleading. Their bathrooms are dated and do not function properly. The pool was dirty. There were insects all around the outside areas and the room and especially the bathroom was filled with mosquitoes. The plumbing in the bathroom did not work properly and it was a clear mosquito breeding ground. Staff barely spoke english to help with anything.

Old property at an excellent location in phuket. Need overhaul. The hotel staff is helpful and caring. Good food options available with fairly good quality.
Nestled up the small mountain, roughly a kilometre from Patong beach, this is the perfect place to unwind without all the hustle and bustle of Main Street.
The hotel staff (The lovely Mai took care of us) are super friendly, they remember your preferences and go out of their way to keep you smiling :)
They have free shuttles to the beach but we preferred to walk down the hill, taking in the fresh air and view. After all, a bit of walking is good after the delicious, ample breakfast spread that caters to everybody. Their Pad Thai is a speciality, as they house an in-house authentic Thai restaurant.
We loved our stay here for about a week and would definitely come back. Two thumbs up 😊🌊

Everything was amazing about this hotel, service, rooms, cleanliness, location, staff, also they upgraded our room to pool access without any extra amount.
