1. The property is not at all accessible with kids. There are multiple stairs and quite a walk to reach most of the rooms. It should be wheelchair / pram accessible atleast 2. They have only 2 buggy’s to pick and drop you to the room. And since most of the rooms are far away we can’t always walk. It took 15 mins minimum for any buggy to pick or drop us. 3. The buffet breakfast timings are upto 10:30 am. However most of the items were over by 10 am itself and they did not have the provision to even refill them ! 4. Apparently it’s mentioned while booking that they have great indian food available at the property. There is absolutely nothing indian available in their menu. And even on request nothing was provided except some steamed vegetables.

All was good except the attitude of a particular receptionist. From the very begining she appeared to be very arrogant and kept 3000 bhat as security deposit initially which is very much humiliation to a boarder. She asked me that it is the practice of all centara hotels but in krabi it was not asked for. Moreover for getting a mere tea bag and dairy cream sachets we had to wait an hour. No

Location is near to karan beach. Resort have direct access to beach. It is situated almost 4 kms away from nearest shopping area. It's a beautiful area 4 kms is not a distance but to reach there. Tuk tuk will take 300 bahts equal to 700 inr. Indian food is there. But the parantha and pane-er butter they served was really bad. And it took 427 bahts for 1 set.

The resort is located at a 5 minute ride from the hustle of patong beach. It’s a huge sea facing property with lovely views. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous. Overall a great experience. Food can be improved on specifically the breakfast spread to incorporate more vegetarian options.

Location is on hill in forest but away from market, atmosphere and surrounding in hotel is good, good sea view from hill. Being vegetarian no vegetarian food is available and we have to travel at-least 3-4 KM from hotel by taxi only. Rest is good, Staff is polite and cooperative

Excellent facilities with superb staff. I would love to go back and stay there. Quite near to the beach and has got an excellent swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was also amazing with a lavish spread and courteous staff. The travel desk was not up to the standard but I believe Phuket has this issue.

Excellent hospitality. Friendly staff and yummy Thai breakfast. Good tuk-tuk service. One should visit this place and stay for a couple of nights just enjoy the beautiful sea breeze, pool and food. We had a great time and gathered beautiful memories. Khab khun mak.

Overall a good place to be in especially for rooms with ocean view if you can ignore few factors. Food was not good including buffet breakfast. Also there was a lizard in the room. Have a clear look at the curtains.

Only issue with this hotel is anytime you want to go out you have to use their mini cab to reach lobby. Staff is really good and supportive. I spent most of the time on Patong beach, most lively area of Phuket. I rather recommend to have hotels in Patong than Karon beach.

The hotel is located at a fantastic location with breath taking sea views. Staff are all excellent and live up to the land of smiles. The rooms could have been better amenity and the resort could be spruced up to modern day luxuries, to get even better reviews. Overall it is good value for money, which will get us to visit again.
