The best resort in Phuket

Duangjitt resort is probably the biggest in Phuket. One minute walk to most happening Patong beach, shopping and food courts. Huge property with 3 big swimming pools, wide breakfast spreads including Indian food and a Spa

Hospitality is very bad in this resort. If you call 5 times for anything still they don’t send. Staff is also not polite and sometimes rude. Room was okay but have mosquitoes. No indian food / good vegetarian food during breakfast buffet. For kids there is no special food items and when you try to request them they don’t listen although they charge very high for kids food.

it was a wonderful stay. the property is huge. spa near the pool was awesome and very relaxing. you can engage in various activities near to the pool side. it’s very close to the bus stop and patong beach. 🏝️

Great stay. Rooms are very modern, clean and esthetically designed. Air-conditioning seems to have advanced filtering systems as it provides pristine air quality. Loved the vibe of the hotel. Rooftop restaurant and pool area is amazing. Roomservice and rooftop bar

The property is huge and very well maintained. It has good breakfast buffet options and huge pools. It is walking distance to patong beach and bangla road. Staff is very helpful splay john and also provided complimentary room decor and cake for birthday

Poor Stay

Checked in at 1pm hotel said to leave luggage and check in at 3pm. Reached the room after 3hrs to find there was someone in allotted room. Room changed after another 30 minutes. This room had no working telephone and ac was not working properly. Room changed again to upgraded room. Same was good.

Bad mattress

The property is good and big. Location is also very close to patong beach. The mattress are very bad and old. Just not comfortable at all. Also there is not a single option for indian vegetarian food. This is a big no for the people are from india and vegetarian. Staff is very friendly!

Pathetic service, they will remove the breakfast before time and told you to go even you are eating breakfast, if time reaches 10:01 am.

Overall the resort was great. It’s at the heart of patong. Though customer experience was little off. Water is chargeable after initial bottles provided. Would recommend and will give 3. 5 star from 5

Had an awesome stay and enjoyed my time here. The beach and market is closeby and plenty of restaurants, shops and massage parlors are in walking distance. Despite that, the resort is very quiet and peaceful. The pool is very big and has water slides, waterfall, children’s pool and fun area for children too. They provide towels and pool chairs at the pool. Resort is huge and very well maintained, greenery everywhere. The children’s play area is also pretty big and has lot of things to keep kids busy. The check in was smooth, staff gave all the information on check in and were very helpful throughout. It was a bit expensive for the price i booked at but it was worth it. We didn’t use spa massage services and fitness center but they do have it. I just had some problems with the toilet flush not working properly. Would definitely recommend.

We checked in early around 11am and no issues with that. Resort has 24hrs golf cart service and they are just one call away. Rooms were super clean and housekeeping came every day if we needed services. Staff is sweet. Breakfast is ok not bad. Pools are clean and looked after well. Food and drinks at the pool were amazing and cheap price. Best part is that resort is lush green and huge. You feel you are away from the city while staying in resort. However when you step out of the resort, everything is just few step away like patong beach, massage centres, bike rental, restaurants and food market. We got way more than what we expected. Anytime i plan to visit Phuket, without any doubt i will choose this resort. We had early check out like 6am and breakfast starts at 6;30. Without asking staff offered us breakfast take away boxes. Only thing to improve is the mattress in the room. They should have one single mattress on double bed rather than having two
