Breakfast was ok, room smelled very musty when we checked-in (they have one floor allocated to mm t booking per floor, housekeeping came once a day at their own time (we left at 8 am and came back at 12 pm but they had still not cleaned the room. The location is 15 mins walk from bangla road. It was a very mediocre experience. You might get better room or service by booking directly with the hotel i think.

The only good thing about this hotel is its rooftop view at night. Room service is terrible, and rooms are barely average. Their bath towels are usually dirty and if you ask for a replacement then you would end up waiting with no service. On the day of checkout, services would stop. On the last day, the towel in the room was again a dirty one and when i asked for a replacement, they refused to do anything since i had to check out the same day. The hotel is about 25mins walk from the beach, not too far but not too near either. The outside view is dull. Bathrooms are very small with draining issues at times.

So it was a very smooth process while having all the bookings with make my trip once we had a flight issue as well but it was resolved very well with the help of customer services of make my trip i would like to give 5/5 star

Good in terms of proximity to patong beach. Good in terms of vegetarian indians. Crazy sunrise nearby. Beautiful

Stinky rooms like gutter

Food was good, breakfast spread was well though of course. Cleanliness of overall hotel was good. The room at ground floor 124 was stinking badly for 2 consequetive night. We could not complain to the hotel as we were roaming whole day exploring the place and only returning tired at night.

The location is prime location near to patong beach, food has ample variety of indian cuisine but only rooms are small and stinky.

It is a good hotel Veg restaurant like honest is within walking distance. Food is good with many veg options. Pool area on 8th floor is great. However there is no bell boy to handle the luggage. You will have to take the luggage on 8th floor (at reception) by lift yourself. Secondly though there is a travel desk at ground floor, but most of the time nobody is there. Approach of the hotel is through a lane, not main road.

Really good hotel. With all the amenities and everything is nearby whether it is bangla road or patong beach. The staff is really helpful and polite. Thanks to mukesh bhaiya. He helped us a lot. The rooms are quite spacious and very pretty.

Nice smoothly check in, good room we were checking late night so we informed them, they made our room ready and chilled so it's was very convenient and can sleep well.

Room and bathroom was clean but stinking with seapage smell all around. Even room freshness don't work. Reception staff is not welcoming at all and offer no help or assistance. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

Journey-hub is one of the best place to stay in *****t. The service was nice and not too far from patong bangla market. The rooms are very much affordable and well maintained

Property location is a bit far from bangla road, amenities are excellent rooftop pool and bar siting is amazing the sunset view was awesome. Property services are all good and satisfactory

Good location, rooms and swimming pool are neat and clean. The breakfast was awesome with a good number of indian items. The front desk people were helpful and check in, check out was smoothly done. There was a free drop to pa-thong beach which was very much helpful. Thanks to mr. Kot who really made our stay comfortable. Thanks to the journey hub and we will visit again.

The lights in the room are dim, however the stay is comfortable and has vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet. The location is a bit far from bangla road and patong beach.
