The people are just amazing, they help you with almost everything even with a language barrier. Makes you wish to come here again and again. Absolutely loved the ambience, makes the stay just fantastic.

Rooms are old and run down. Broken tiles, old outdated furniture and limited room service menu. Location is very secluded. Not value for money and not for family. Book at your own risk

Very good hotel with good view

My stay was for 2 days. The property is well maintained and breakfast was amazing. The garden view side is not as good as other view. The market is far but they provide shuttle as per various timing

I have booked for 2 days stay at this hotel. You may find the location good but nothing else. Property staffs are terrible. Even a water bottle takes 45 mins to reach your room

Property, food and staff are good. Enjoyed the stay at the resort.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

Terrible Stay

The property is good but it is not maintained at all. Their service is a disgrace to the tourism industry. The dishes were not picked up from the front of the room for the entire stay. Nor was the porch cleared of the fallen leaves. No one is present at the enterance, you have to climb stairs to 1st floor and ask reception to send someone for running any sort of errands. They have only 2 buggies serving the entire resort, we did not get to sit in one throughout our stay. You ask them for any sort of service, either their will be no response or there will be a false promise and no one will show up. You have paid money and they have given you a place to stay. That’s all!

It was very pleasant stay. The hill top view room has a scenic experience with bathtub in the balcony. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Highly recommended property to stay at kamala beach. Not too far from patong beach and street. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Location is amazing and the property is also very beautiful. Rooms are specious and well kept. Gives you a good luxury experience. Thai food is good. They have lot other services like date dinner - pool activities etc
