We booked the mountain view room. The property and rooms were well maintained. Hotel is at perfect location. Its close to bangla walking street, patong beach, lots of massage centres around and indian restaurants also. We loved the rooms and the hospitality. Variety in breakfast, specially the live counter at the breakfast, french omlet made by chef was yummy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lunar Patong Phuket, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk from the vibrant Patong Beach, yet perfectly nestled away from the hustle and bustle to offer a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring. The proximity to local restaurants, shopping areas, and nightlife made it incredibly convenient without sacrificing any peace and quiet. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I could ask for, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony with views of the city. Worst hotel rude staff, a c not working. At all never book this hotel. We asked them to change room but nobody listen

They focus only on money. I requested for a date change since i didnt get the flight oj the given date but not even for a courtesy to help me in this situation rather blindly rejecting my request and they took the entire reservation amount. I dont really recommend considering the fact that they are rude.

I found the reception lobby is a bit weird as we had to exit the the reception lobby and go through hotel room from the backward pathway. Rest everything was good

Beware of hotel staff

Check-in time is 2 pm whereas they only allow check-in from 3 pm. the front desk said the above is a issue of mm and was not their look out. At the time of check-out they found a way to deduct our deposit money on a false claim that a towel was missing. The front desk staff are extremely rude and uncooperative. They do not listen to the customers at all.

Basically you have showed us 1024 sq ft as room measurement and when we came here it has hardly 300 sq ft and this is not done at all i tried calling you guys no email i’d is mentioned nor can’t call on helpline it was terrible stay too be very frank and hopeless service

Stayed at lunar patong for 3 nights from 17 april to 20 april, 2024. Stay was comfortable. Location of the hotel is great, 5 mins walk to patong beach, shopping street and restaurant within 500 meters, you can book for trip to phi-phi islands from the reception only and a lot of other options are available just outside the hotel. Lots of indian restaurants nearby. Breakfast spread was decent but didn’t have any vegetarian option. Me being vegetarian, this was an area which disappointed me. Also, if you need water bottles after 10 pm, have to go down to reception and collect it yourself; this was bit surprising for me, as most hotels have round the clock support for basic room service like delivering water bottles to room.

Check in was long & painful with no goodwill for an early check in. The room was nice and quiet. However being a solo traveller the 1st night was a nightmare. No wifi. No phone in the room. No lights in the corridor. Thrice i had to go to reception from 1 tower to another finally a food front desk agent gave me a phone with hotspot as i was in tears room phone never worked and wifi was erratic till the end i liked the location and pool housekeeping

The room service is pathetic. No one bothers to provide you with water bottles. No house keeping and the pool is also not that great. Overall a little disappointed because it’s not worth the money.

Hotel is very average and staff is little rude. They give me a room which didn't had direct connectivity to group and i had to change lifts two times. Location is good and breakfast very limited options they have, not worth.

The staff was very helpful and humble. When we entered our room, we had a beautiful set up on bed and a yummy cake beside it. We were provided with umbrella, bathrobe, beach towels and basic tea/coffee and water. Overall the room was fantastic, nice balcony to chill. The best location to stay in patong as it is not noisy at all. Few mins walk to bangla street and patong beach.
