    Avoid make my trip

    Booked room with a balcony was never provided one the room given had a window but sealed. Called mailed make my trip guys they were of no help. Please avoid make my trip for overseas booking their services and response is poor.

    The room and amenities were upto the mark but we faced late check in by 2 o clock as the room was not ready ( the policy says checkin by 12 )secondly the hotel staff didn't help us with the laugage which was a big downsize form hotel end.
