The stay was okay, the rooms were a bit small, overall service was nice. Breakfast was served cold every item, could have some hot items in that.

Superb stay. Cosy and comfortable room. The cave room is quite big and airy. The staffs are very nice. Loved the stay.

Excellent Stay

We booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. The room was spacious. We had 3 big suitcases and still there was space to do yoga and exerise/strech in the room. They give unlimited water bottles - which is a very good thing. The breakfast spread was very very very good and healthy. Despite us being vegetarians. We didn't have an issue. They definitely have the best of the chefs in town. The pool was very clean and hygienic. The entire hotel staff is very courteous and humble. They also helped us book all our day tours, hot air balloon tour, pickup to/from the airport at the best rates. Will give 9. 5/10 rating

Avoid ! not a cave hotel

It’s not a cave hotel instead a regular building. So if you want to stay in a cave hotel there are multiple options around. The deluxe family suite was worst than a basic hotel it was smelly. The wash basic was clogged. The wc was stained. Toiletry was sub standard. The linen were stained. Breakfast was average and for eggs to order & coffee they charge extra ! first hotel i have stayed where they charge for eggs to order. Airport transfer was a for 60 euros they send a small car which couldn’t fit in 3 suitcases. We had to quickly look for a taxi which charged only 45 euros. So please avoid booking this property totally !
