For an economy accommodation near to everything I wanted it was really good. Bathroom could use some bleach to get rid of a bit of mold.
The location and price can't be beat - only 2 blocks from the Camberlitas tram and the Grand Bazaar. It is set on a side street so is quiet. I never heard anything drom outside me room. The bathroom shower could stand some attending with the wire rack being very rusty and there being some black mold. Also, the light in the bathroom was horrible for applying makeup. These were small prices to pay though for a cheap, charming, and perfectly located hotel with 24 hour desk.
It was amazing. The personnel and service was excellent, polite and very positive and responsive. The breakfast was very nice too, much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel considering the price and quality ratio, this hotel is the best choice.

Bad room condition, excellent location
Location is very good, breakfast is excellent. However, i had a triple room booked and stayed for 3 nights (4 days). As soon as i checked in water tap in bathroom wasn't working which i reported to reception and they keep saying I'll be fixed. It was fixed on the 3rd night.
Toilet door did not lock, and the shower door was only half, i reported it to the reception, he kept saying we will give you another room But wasn't the case, very disappointing.

Was nice perfect location beautiful room lots space clean I did take economy room as I only stayed one night I knew we would get basement that didn’t bother me but there was a foul door coming from the bathroom all the time we were there otherwise was good
Great service, Disappoint in payment process
I paid the room via hotels.com, but the hotel insisted that the process is to pay at the hotel. So I paid by creditcard in Euro currency. After I rechecked, the website presented that I have paid for the room since booking was done.
In the end, they returned the money in TL which promised to return in EURO. Which it worth less!!
Other services were great but disappointing with the payment process.

When I travel I am looking for a local experience. The Leyenda room I felt was a very comfortable size. The hotel service people went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. The first night I was there they asked if I would like some tea, I asked the price they said don't think of this as a hotel, think of it as your home (no charge). The 4th floor is where they serve breakfast but you have access 24/7 to enjoy the view or play games with friends. There were two small markets on the way to the hotel where I could get snacks and food to feed the local cats and dogs. There are lots of people feeding them but I enjoy doing it too. It is 1 short block from tram, making it very easy for me to get around. The ladies that cleaned my room would not take a tip unless I left a note that said it was for them (do I need to say nothing ever came up missing). I would definitely recommend.

Nagyon jó hotel.
Finom reggelivel. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. kb 2 percre van a villamos sinektől és a megállótól.
kb 5-6 perc gyalog a Grand Bazar. és szintén 5-6 perc a Kék mecset.
A szobák tiszták, a fürdőszoba is.
Ajánlom a hotelt.

Konumu mükemmel İstanbul’a ilk gidişimdi ona rağmen gitmek istediğim her yere kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlayabildim.
Kahvaltıda çok şey aramıyorum fiyatına göre gayet güzel.
Oda beklediğimden güzel konforlu ve temizdi.

Erst nachdem wir gefragt hatten ob wir ein anderes Zimmer kriegen können, haben wir dieses bekommen. Aber nur gegen einen Aufpreis von €30😡 Diese Zimmer war sowieso frei...
In diesem neuen Zimmer hatten wir dann Ameisen. Und das direkt hinter dem Bett.
Der Frühstücksraum war im 4. Stock. Der Fahrstuhl ist zwei Tage ausgefallen. Das Problem dabei ist, das ich meine Mutter dabei hatte, welche eine Behinderung hat und kaum Treppen steigen kann.
Das Frühstück war so lala.
Der Service am Empfang war aber sehr, sehr nett
Szép hotel. Jó szobákkal. A nagybazár kb 8 perc gyalog. Villamos megálló 2 perc gyalog, éttermek 1 percre, tehát nagyon jó helyen van. A szobák alapvetően tiszták, bár itt ott ráférne nagyobb odafigyelés a takarítóktól. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A reggeli kiváló, bőséges választék és finom. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

Das Frühstück war super und das Personal war freundlich.
Το δωματιο δεν ηταν σε πολυ καλη κατασταση,οι μαξιλαροθηκες ητταν φθαρμενες και ξηλωμενες,τα μαξιλαρια παρα πολυ παλια,το δωματιο αρκετα στενο.δεν ειχε ζεστο νερο.φαινοταν οτι δεν ειναι πολυ καθαροι χωροι.το πρωινο καλο αλλα τα τραπεζια βρωμικα,μαζευαν μονο τα πιατα χωρις να τα καθαρισουν.το wifi πολυ αργο..πολυ καλη και βολικη περιοχη για τουρισμο.το προσωπικο μας εξυπηρετησε πολυ καλα για το παρκινγκ.
Ich bin angekommen und erfuhr, dass ich ein Zimmer im Keller gebucht habe. Warum bieten Hotels Zimmer im Keller an???! Gegen Aufpreis wurde mir zum Glück ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage gegeben. Das Zimmer war nicht so groß, aber wirklich schön. Das muss ich sagen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Leider hatte ich an einem Tag kein heißes Wasser und es dauerte lange bis es funktionierte. An anderen Tagen müsste man 10 min das Wasser laufen lassen bis es funktionierte. Lage wiederum sehr gut. Es war zentral und die Haltestelle cemberlitas um die Ecke. Dann habe ich einen Shuttle geordert, dieser war voll. Gegen geringeren Preis wurde mir ein privater Shuttle angeboten. Es hat also vor und Nachteile.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer. Ein Zimmer war von Anfang an gut. Das zweite Zimmer war zu Beginn im Lobby, wo man jedes Geräusch hören konnte. Die ersten beiden Tage konnte man kaum schlafen. Dann bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, was sehr klein war, aber wo man gut schlafen konnte. Das Personal war nett ;)
