    Property was clean with only breakfast available which good. Location was bit internal and difficult to walk to with luggage, with cab it was easily accessible, staff was very good and helpful

    Hotel not a 4-star avoid

    We booked a 4 star and when we reached the hotel the lobby itself was smelling, the sofas and sitting at the lobby were torn and dirty. The doors were cracked. We were shown to a room that was super small and toilet was smelling. The guy showing the room said he will put air freshener, that's really bad. We complained to MakeMyTrip and got prompt help from them. The hotel is very very old and not maintained.

    Good location

    We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located just opposite to the entry of Grand Bazar. It is a very old hotel. However, everything functions fine. At first, we were taken to the superior room which we had booked. However there was some foul smell may be due to bathroom seepage. However, immediately our room was changed and we were given a family room, which had a small extra room. So then our stay was pleasant. However, the restaurant staff cant speaks English, so it was a bit hard to communicate. Also, the complimentary breakfast served was elaborate typical Turkish breakfast. But tastewise just average. The front office staff can communicate good English which is a plus.
