Very nice property. Location is awesome and close to all the main attractions like walkable distance to galata and taksim. Very good friendly staff and very supportive. Very good hospitality by everyone be at the reception, house keeping or dining. Felt like home with all of them. Good food and most amazing views from their dining place. Will stay again

Hotel was very bad, customer service was the worst, rude staff with attitude, very late check in even though we had a baby with us and we had to wait in the lobby for more than 2 hours, i booked for 3 nights but i checked out the next morning and went to another hotel, so i ended up booking 2 hotels for my stay just because i booked this hotel

Decent rooms but not up to the mark

Hotel location was decent but the images of the panoramic rooms are either misleading or we were not offered the rooms as per the images as only one side is more of a sea view but the other side it's only a part of sea view and is totally not as per the images which was quite disappointing. Staff were friendly and overall the service was nice. Wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for some good views from the room.

Hotel located at a great location with all the major tourist attractions within few kms, either walking distance or a short tram ride away. Roof top restaurant is good. New building has better quality rooms. Very helpful staff especially Mr Ali who helped us with luggage storage and airport taxi booking. Breakfast requires some improvement. Value for money hotel.
