Good hotel if you want to explore yeas island as it has very good bus connectivity to all the parks. Recommended.

Stayed with a family. 2 adults and 2 kids. Excellent stay. Lovely swimming pool. All the yeas attractions are nearby, can be reached by yeas express shuttle service which runs right in front of crown plaza. Would love to visit again.

Swimming pool was great, the staff were sweet and friendly. However cleanliness is not the best, i found an insect on the coffee and tea tray, called the room service and no one came, breakfast is very poor not many options and overall wasn’t very good

Went there to spend a staycation on my birthday and heavily regretted it as the people there want to charge you for everything… Really bad experience due to having very disrespectful staff at the pool area, the in room dining and especially the house keeping department. Worst stay in yas island ever, will never go back again..

Hotel is good, food is good. But, my room phone didn’t work even after the technician tried to repair it. My bathtub was having a crack so, there was a risk of injury if one is not careful while taking shower.

When we booked a hotel that time, 5 pop-ups came on screen, and we selected 3 now after selections. All the rates should come, including that activity, but u didn't give us theme park tickets. This is the proof that's why i told u cheated us

Our stay at the crown plaza was extremely comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good since you easily access all the tourist attractions, we really had a good time

Good breakfast, good overall service and hospitality. Pool bar should have some music playing to enhance the atmosphere. Room furniture could be upgraded

Property location is good. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are ok not that great. Bathroom door handle was broken, kettle was not working. Dryer also was not working. Kettle and dryer changed after that. They should check everything before the gusset check in.

Room service was very poor. It took nearly 4 phone calls in the morning to get mugs. They came after nearly 30+ min. Similarly check out was a problem. No one came to collect the luggage until i had to personally go to the reception and request. Again 20-30 min wasted. My humble request that if you don't have staff during the festival, please limit the room booking. Will help the brand and the consumers
