The stay was comfortable. Rooms are good. Services are excellent. Staff is courteous. Location of the hotel is also accessible.

The room was great. But the room service was not that good especially because they were not sharing physical copies of bill for the food that i ordered even after asking multiple times. Because of this i was not able to apply for vat refund at the airport

Really spacious but only issue is parking, i recommend this hotel to have pleasant stay. I advise to the hotel to book few parking slots

5 star is for the quality of room with budget friendly price compared to near by hotel and must say that the staff here is super friendly and helpful specially sarbajeeth, tiru, naheem razaul. If for a entertainment visit then it's the best place if you need silent room away from pubs then try choose room between 13 to 4 floor.

Room ac is just unadjustable breakfast is very poor : no milk even, only parrotta is kept as a dish to eat everyday, variety is very less nobody comes to lift your suitcase, self service during checkin and checkout too high cost for the service provided won't recommend for family you should skip even if you're on business trip
