Poor service & poor facilities especially pool me my family had to walk for pool that was so disappointing. It was our wedding anniversary our day was spoiled because of your pool & service. If there’re renovation going on you should let us know when we book it not after booking in & reaching the facility. So disappointed.

Valets all busy when i arrived, so self parked, hotel is going through renovation so drilling noise since morning annoyed my sleep, carpet in room not cleaned. Almost no amenities in the room.

The location is ok, but the amenities and service is not good at all. The hair dryer was not working - even after complaining and being late for a meeting, it was provided late. The iron was not working as well. There was no dental kit provided

I enjoyed my stay but i couldn’t sleep because of loud music till 3am, the tv suddenly stopped working, the valet parking was a mess, and it took the staff 45 minutes to get my luggage for the check out.

I recently stayed at Novotel Abu Dhabi Bustan with my family and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly. The table lamp was rusted, and the small table had multiple stains or food waste, which looked like remnants of chocolate or ice cream. Additionally, the toilet was not cleaned properly, and there was water leakage inside the toilet. These issues made our stay uncomfortable and fell far below our expectations. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these concerns for future guests.

Location was good but the untrained and shortage of staff had a major issue in getting room service. There was hardly any food items in breakfast for vegetarian guests though around 25 to 30% were indian tourists. They even date to charge for the supply of salt to the room as 5 aed. Overall rather a disappointing experience.

2 nights stay very comfortable,fancy and affordable hotel I would recommend it for everyone one wants to relax and wind up the stress
