Mercue Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel is a miracle! great place if you can not stand constant sun & heat anymore. The swimming pool is small but very clean and well maintained. This is the best place to stay after weeks of travel-ling around emirates. Temperature drops to 20 and below after sunset. It's the only place in uae where you can sleep at night without ac and with an open window/balcony. So cool! the view there is unbeatable. Take it from me, i'm usually hard to get to like a Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel view. Service is quite quick, the room from a cleaning standpoint is clean, however, i believe below s quality can be improved. Over all, i enjoyed staying there, and i highly recommend it. If you’re checking in, make sure you check the room and the washrooms as well. The Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel is clean and maintained, but there are small issues such as flush doesn’t work or no water pressure. The service can be much better. This isn't my first time at me-cure grand, i have stayed here several times and it has always been a happy and relaxed stay. The amenities provided are suitable and what is needed. Staff are friendly and very helpful and not pushy. The pool is the best thing so refreshing and enjoyed the slides very much. The only feedback would be for the pool bar. We ordered drinks at the bar and they wouldnt charge it to the room. So we had to go all the way back up. At-least at reception they should ask it we would like to put some credit to our room. Other than that this Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel is a must stay at place if you want to visit the famous jabel ha-feet mountain at al ain. By the way in the previous question you asked it there was some element i didn't like, but no option for na, i was forced to select an option.

The property is located in a beautiful area with an excellent view of the city from the hill top. The swimming pool and ed-en cafe has a nice view. Only view gives this a good rating. Bfast is delicious. However, one major drawback why i would rate this poor in service - our ac stopped working middle of night, and we tried to reach the staff and they disconnected the phone line (we ended up sleeping without aircon, requested water prior to sleep, it never reached us, requested glasses to drink water and staff responded will take min 45’ins. Swimming pool temperature is still cold and children & people were frozen almost even after multiple requests, service is poor and needs major attention.

Breakfast was good with enough options. Room size was small but it's understandable considering the age of the Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel. Hotel is old so need upgrade with furniture and other stuff in the rooms. Bathroom had strong smell, so either they need to install exhaust fans or room fresheners to solve that issue. Best part was the view from the Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel and room, the location is amazing. You can relax and enjoy by the pool side all day long it's so comfortable and at the same time feels you at a waterpark. Suitable for all families, kids, couples, groups. A must place to visit least once if you want to stay in al ain.

The location was perfect and it was the main reason for visit. Swimming pool was very nice, clean, deep with amazing mountains view. Room was very comfortable, clean, bed very nice as well. The food in seafood restaurant with mountain's view and terrace we didn't like at all, because in menu was different type of fish. When we ordered it was named seabass, in reality we got very small fish, which was not seabass at all. We called main shef of the restaurant and said the issue.

We enjoyed our stay at mercure grand - the location is great and the view from the room is to die for. However the property looks aged. Most of the games are chargeable except carrom and table tennis. Massage service is good and reasonable however there is only female masseure/therapist, i would expect a male masseure. Food was average, they serve ready to eat packets in a plate - thumbs down for that, hygeine was good all over the property.

I had a memorable stay. Hotel staffs were super cool and helpful. I'd like to thank mr rahul at the reception and mr simon, the assistant recreation manager, who have made my stay more enjoyable. They have been great. Mercure Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel is the best place to relax and enjoy the nature. It was my 2nd time stay at mercure and for sure, i'll be going there again. Overall, it was a dream stay ! highly recommended !

the food is enjoyable and very delicious. however, the location is chilly, and i hope they have a heater in the room. the facilities are satisfactory. unfortunately, one of my sisters got locked in the bathroom and couldn't get out, and my other sister got injured in the bathtub. fortunately, she is okay now, and the rescue response was quick.. overall everything is ok.. we all enjoy.. thankyou so much😘

The location of the Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel l is unique and beautifully located the view is amazing, the facility and service are also good, we had great time and enjoy with family, especially the swimming pool, the only worst things in the place is the buffet breakfast as the food selection is wrong, and the food quality and taste are extremely bad.

Great place to stay with plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The view from the room and outside is superb. Everything was fantastic except for the customer service, even basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste required a call and took a while for them to pick up. Despite this, it's an excellent choice for a staycation.

In this Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel swimming pool was a fun activity for adult and children's. Unfortunately the pool is not working anymore for now and we got informed in middle of travel-ling which was so disappointed.

Its a very nice property and well maintained. They should include welcome drink for guests. Also they should not charge for indoor activities like Table tennis, pool table or squash court.

Love love the view from the resort and the hospitality was good, just the food could have been better but nonetheless it was an amazing trip.

Everything was perfect and value for money. Mini golf was complimentary. Pool was with slides. Food was not that expensive. Sports wear were even less than market price.

Nice view. But I believe it needs renovation to modernize the building room, the refrigerator, the tv. (phase by phase maybe). Overall we’re good!
