Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis

We booked double room (smoking is usually our preference. Service is overall pretty decent. Areas of improvement:- restocking of amenities for 2people. Items given in room for e. G. 2 small water bottles aren't sufficient for 2 guests booking. We always have to requests double with housekeeping. - secondly, they can definitely do better in terms of toiletries which are not provided unless purchased at reception as per their property notice. That's a hassle not having basics like toothpaste and toothbrush even walking in. - premier inn (silicon oasis) food options seem pretty limited. I believe it's just one restaurant on ground floor. And as seen on menu it's on a pricey end. You can order cheaper using food delivery services - talabat, zomato etc. - in general Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis's kept neat and we don't have major hygiene complaints or anything. Housekeeping and cleaners doing a good job. - other facilities like swimming pool and gym are very tiny areas. Not well equipped. Don't expect anything fancy or luxurious. - lastly, check-in and check-out process could really use some work. They should allow early / late check-ins and check-outs without time constraints which is very problematic for travel-ling guests. People cannot adjust travel-ling plans, dates and timings according to Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis's policy. We've had an incident where we came past midnight waited till 6am in the morning begging staff to get us a room. We paid for an extra night and later asked for re-adjusting checkout time. The timing was only pushed till 3pm

Normally one would type out a review basis experience which is to some extent related to :great customer experience, amenities, some discount a kind employee might have offered among-st others. I at first would want to mention (as a patron who has probably stayed for almost 45 days ) that the basic amenities could be better when it comes to tooth brush, slippers, & other toiletries. Being a Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasisier my self i understand the painstaking routine we all go thru to get this perfection suiting what the brand announces in the market. Premier inn being towards minimalistic one, understandably doesnt provide the small amenities aplenty, despite that the fo team ms. Emma is a rockstar & truly a gem making me & my colleagues super comfortable with a smile & kind gestures & zero favours in terms of extras or discounts- which in itself is magical. This is my first time in Dubai and Premier Inn, I had a wonderful stay. Your housekeeping team is doing amazing job with a smile faces around when ever I see them. Team members who clean my room was doing great job, I have to mention their names Ali, Pranav. Always my room was neat and clean when I enter. The housekeeping supervisor Murali is doing great job with his kind and humble attitude toward the guest. As I was new he helped me a lot to guide around the places information which I don't even know about what to plan for my visit. He is very patience in answering all my questions when ever I ask him. Being a first timer I was very impressed with your team and love to visit again soon with my friends. Thanks again for the memorable stay. See you soon.

I visited Dubai for 7 days and we stayed 6 days in this Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. Its location is a bit faraway from center but taxi is easily available. Hotel provides shuttle service to Dubai mall and some other not so helpful areas but service is not of much use. You can not depend on it. Moreover if you need to go to a place on the way to mall they wont stop. So its not dependable.
I liked extra beds for family purpose but the main bed was too small.

food can be on a budget friendly end (room service). menu was too pricey 💰location is decent it's peaceful and city like at the same time. restaurants and marts nearby. it isn't a touristy spot though. great for just relaxing and taking a quick break.amenities definitely can use work for e.g. toiletries were lacking basics no "toothpaste" or "lotion" etc. we had a room of 2guests two mini water bottles for the stay aren't enough unless it's 1.5litres so that's

Nice Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. Cleanliness is top notch. Polite Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis staff. Over all quite good & satisfying. The only point of improvement would be the breakfast spread. Have seen repeated items through out my entire stay. This needs to be improved. Rest all quite good.

The stay was very comfortable. The Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis had a free shuttle to the Dubai outsource zone which was very convenient. Not too many restaurants at walking distance from the Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. Couple of supermarkets at walking distances. Room was very comfortable.

Premium inn provide family friendly stay. I would say it is worth of single penny spend in terms of property location, food amenities &service. Reception staff is quite excellent and ready to serve you more than your expectation. Thank you premium inn to make my family time wonderful.

I am pleased during my stay at this Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis, and had a relaxing sleep, it's true the sleep guarantee of the Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. In the morning i had my breakfast and the staffs are willing to ask you on what else do you need as it is my first time.

I liked the room and the staff of the Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. But the plug points in the room were not enough.

This is our 2nd visit to the Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis. Very smooth process check in and out and this time i have no problem at all with the water like our previous stay. The water set up warm during shower, and remains warm. Thank you, definitely will come back.

The property is quite good when it comes to the cleanliness and hygiene standards. I had gone with the breakfast package, the quality of the food was good but the choice were a bit limited. Overall was a very decent place to stay.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, enjoyed jacuzzi and pool. Food not opted, may reduce breakfast combo prices. Location is nice
