Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre

Loved it! My wife and I were travelling first time to dubai and were little confused while booking stay at pullman. But now i can say it the best decision. Right from entering to the final checkout day , service has been top class. Special thanks to Sulachana and Kuzu for being considerate by providing us an early checkin (we were really tired) and completing the formalities like the FLASH.😊 The accommodation was clean and modern. I had everything I needed, with impeccable service that lived up to the prestigious expectation of five star Pullman Dubai Creek City Centres. It's impressive how quickly they acted upon any requests and housekeeping. I appreciated the convenient location. I didn't need to walk outside to access the City Centre Deira mall, which had been dream experience for both of us.

The Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is an excellent property. The staff was polite and helpful. Being our first stay, they even gave us a free upgrade which was a very nice gesture. The Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre has access to the deira city centre mall through its floor only which inturn is adjacent to the metro station. This make commutation much more easier and convenient. The breakfast is good and has also a lot of variety including veg dishes. Thanks to pullman for making our stay wonderful and comfortable.

Excellent customer service from the front desk ( michelle, sebastian and juan) to the cozy room. Our room set up was too nice for my husband birthday thank you so much he was so happy. Attentive staff at the buffet and in the pool only thing is steam is not working for ladies. I love that the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is connected to the mall. Recommended 5 star Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre we will be back.

We had a great stay at the Pullman. A warm welcome on arrival, always attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The location is the key factor of this Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre, extremely well located. This place has an awesome location of metro and mall all in 5 mins vicinity. The breakfast served was decent but a little few options for indian veg people. The reception checkin was good but my booking with makemytrip had issue which was sorted in an hour. The bed was very comfy and room was very very clean. Overall very good staff at coincierge and servers are always smiling. Great stay

I had a very good stay at the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre. The only let down was the spread of the breakfast. Every alternate day, its was nearly the same spread. To add To my woes, there was only a single Indian item. I presume, the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre does not get many asia s staying with them. Having said that, Patrick and Wang were excellent in their hospitality.

Property is located within city center mall and offers good amenities. Very close to many restaurants and close to metro station. Hotel has good breakfast selection and a nice bar. Try getting the room facing the main road not the mall facing for a good view. Also has good spa and health club. The roof top swimming pool also has nice bar, which has good vantage point for city view.

Property is too good with well equipped rooms, good dining options & they have indian food options as well. This Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is directly connected to city centre mall & metro station is 5-7 min walk from the mall. Good opportunity for shopping in the same mall. Taxis are easily available. Overall a good location with friendly staff & great service.

The property was clean and comfortable. Stayed here for 2 nights with breakfast included. The breakfast spread was ok. The room was spacious and comfortable for 2 guests. The service was quick and good. Has an espresso shot machine in the room which can be used for free. Pillows could be better.

Hotel is centrally located with mall access to the dera city centre which is the house for leading international brands and super market like carrafour. The city centre metro station is at a walking distance making it easy to commute between different parts of dubai.

My first visit To Dubai was made the most comfortable classy and memorable by the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Pullman because I didn't have To bother about food, comfort or services. Even the location is so perfect that we could use the public transport easily.

I am suggesting this for all dubai visitors it is near to airport terminal 3 and metro, city centre short every tourist locations is accessible and the staffs are too kind and welcoming. Breakfast is more kind of English . Don't expect too much indian options.

It's always a pleasure to stay in citicentre Pullman Dubai Creek City Centres and pullman is great attached to mall. Clean, bright rooms make you fresh and food, not a chance to complain with lot of options in and out of Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre

The Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre was located in a very accessible area. Its connectivity to the adjacent mall and the metro station made the stay very convenient. The rooms were clean as well and the overall stay was pleasant.

Rooms are very small but I stayed there for few hours before taking my flight so the location of Diera Mall and distance To Airport really helped.

Enjoyed my business trip at Pullman Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre as its located in Centre of Dubai and in the premises of Dubai City Centre. Room are spacious and well equipped. Food too was nice. Keep it up!

The Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is located very well and city center mall is connected making it very convenient. The ex lounge manager ms emma and team was very helpful, warm and their hospitality was just amazing.

Staffs are friendly Metro is around 15 mins walk. Has entrance to city centre mall Rooms are good. Location of property is good too cons Breakfast spred is average and most of the items are repeated everyday

I stayed in this Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre for 9 nights with my family . The location is very good and attached to the diera city centre mall , quality of food, is very good and staff are courteous.

It was very near to airport. Clean, beautiful with excellent and humble staff. Near to dera city centre mall, metro, etc. I recommend to stay there. However in buffet not much choices for vegetarians.
