Affordable, tidy & preferable hotel in dera

Though we stayed just 3 nights, we are satisfied as it is very good and comfortable. Rooms are maintained very clean and tidy. We got additional bed too on request. Breakfast is also very good. They provided 500 ml water bottles every day for all the guests. Two small problems we faced, one is water is standing on bathroom floor and another one is music sound from night bar in late night.

No parking available, it is difficult to find parking, try to arrange parking for customers. Staying destinations is good

The toilet was in a deplorable state. It was dirty, and the facilities were inadequate. The club area was poorly maintained, with noise levels being excessively loud, disrupting our rest and relaxation. The loudspeakers blaring music all night were unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel's atmosphere was not suitable for families, with loud music and noise.

Hotel was very good. Staff were very professional. Location of the hotel is ideal for travel and dining. The only small negative i noticed was some extremely small insects crawling in the bathroom.

One of the best budget hotel for indians

Perfect location for indian tourists. Lot of hindi and bengali speaking staff in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast if you choose during room booking if not booked with complimentary breakfast, there will be discount coupons for breakfast and other meals @ 24 aed. When compared with indian hotels of the same rate, rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large enough, as a whole better deal. We had a great stay there. Most importantly al rigga metro and super markets are within walking distance.

the room wasn’t full clean , but the main issue was the noise… its was super loud, at 3am the beat from the club sounded like room next to us . i spent all the night awake, i ask for a extra blanket , its took 45 min ! until i follow up again,

Complained about foul smell, air conditioning not working & more
their manager is well aware but did not even bother to meet me at check out
breakfast is also a farce, it's not a place i will ever come back to their indian club is so noisy that it's difficult for anyone to sleep even on level 5

Basic facilities were not given, toiletries, slippers were not provided. Not clean enough, you can see mould on table. Bathroom didn’t had curtain. Basic facilities that were given in some rooms and some not. Only the location was good.
