Bad smell

Need to improve room service and reception other things are good. For families it is not recommended that much as it has a disco downstairs

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Terrible hotel with lack of amenities and lack of service quality. The only good thing is its location, not at all guest freindly place to be. Not reccomended

I don't know how this hotel is running in dubai. I couldn't sleep and stayed in the room. Bed was full of bedbugs. I will request make my trip to remove this hotel from your list.

Old and not maintained

The building is old and you can obviously notice it from their room cos even the appliances and furnitures are all old too. There was even a cockroach in the bathroom. Will not recommend

Location is good but room was not clean enough, sofa was greasy due to dust. And washroom also not good clean and they are not providing brush, comb, tooth brush for washroom and towel also used one they are providing. No thanks

The stuff of in help desk very bad with customer, tv not working, room smell not good the shampoo very bad quality, towels expired, coffee kettle very dirty not for human, the hotel stuff need a lot of course for customers services parking always leaking water every day need wash car
