Super clean modern hotel with very friendly staff who are always happy to help. The rooftop has a beautiful relaxing area with a decent size pool and a bar for refreshments. Downstairs there’s a couple of restaurants and a coffee bar for light snacks and drinks. Check in/check out made very simple & easy. I’d stay there again.

My stay at citymax business bay, dubai i had a great experience at citymax business bay. The hotel's prime location in business bay made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, modern, and offered stunning views of the skyline. The hotel amenities, like the rooftop pool and well-equipped gym, added to the overall comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. With its convenient location and great service, i’d highly recommend citymax business bay for anyone visiting dubai.

Location was good. But receptionist of hotel staff all are so rude. And not friendly. They make laugh on us because we are indian and not understand arabic language

Need to improve on maintenance. The flush was not working since check-in till check-out. Room service was a bit slow but the food was good. There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel which also made my stay very comfortable.

It was a disappointing experience with the citymax hotel, they don’t adhere to their guest requests; they misunderstood the do not disturb tag to keep annoying guests. In general, for those who don’t stay at the hotel would be okay otherwise, other hotels in the same area are better options.
