Very comfortable stay and front desk mr. Oumar and mohammed are very kind and arranged an early check-in and the service was so good that i extended my stay for 4 more dys. Room service was very swift and housekeeping did a fantastic job in cleaning part. I highly recommend this hotel as it is very close to burjuman metro and has very good restaurants supermarket and shopping facilities

It’s a very new hotel so well maintained. Very courteous and helpful staff- best deal for this area. Rooms are big and spacious, gym is well equipped and the terrace has an amazing view. Slightly far away from the main areas though

Very good place to stay. I stay for 7 nights here. Good polite staff. Gym n swimming pool is also clean n well maintained. Metro station, mall and all restaurants in walking distance

Location is perfect and all the required amenities as per day to day need. Very close to metro station and mall so people can walk by for day to day public commute and eateries and shopping. Breakfast is good but could have some more options.

Hotel is very moderly designed and located in heart of city, good indian vegetarian options available for breakfast, also nearby big superstore and many indian restaurants are there. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and polite

I visited with my family as a tourist. This is the most loved 5 star property by indians. This hotel is just 4 years old and the property is in a very convenient location. Well connected with airport via metro. The front desk staff was very supportive especially tar i and tarika ensured a smooth check in. The room was spacious. The property is maintained very well. The spice tree restaurant offers a great variety of cuisine for breakfast. The a-la-carte lunch and buffet were also very good. Chef karan and vikas ensured global variety and authentic taste. The restaurant staff was very caring especially shilpa, shreya, thun and mounika. The swimming pool at m and 19th floor were well maintained and attended by staff. The prayer room on floor 1 was also neat and clean. I engaged in yoga and dhyan in the prayer room. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family staycation.

Hotel rooms are good, food is also good only house keeping services are average, they were out of stock with many things like dental kit, water bottle had to ask many times for it, other than that location is good and close to restaurants and shops
