A very bad experience in my life, which we confirmed was a queen bed when we reached the hotel they don't have queen beds they just make single beds together and make queen beds, very bad

Attending the problems immediately and sort out on time. Response is good from the reception and very close to indian restaurants and connectivity to metro.

Initially i have requested for early checkin but that was not possible because the hotel was overbooked. In the morning around 9. 30 am, i kept my luggage at reception and left for my work! then i came back around 10. 15 pm at night and the reception was knowing about me and they make me wait for the room around 45 to 50 minutes for the room. That was horrible. Instead of checking at 2 pm, i got the room around 11. 10 pm

I hate it. The serive. I hate the service i never visit again and i never book anything by makemytrip. You don’t give me my cash back. My refund also didn’t give me now. I want my refund.

The golden tulip is a dated hotel. The air conditioning wasn't working properly and the noise it made was horrendous. There is a good place for drinks and entertainment called the locker room. However, they also have a nightclub on the ground floor and unfortunately the noise from that kept me awake until it closed around 4am. The room was clean and beds were ok.

The room was damp, the corridor was smelly, and the suffocating environment was not good for people with sensitive skin. Not recommended for family.
