I will share reviews about stay since i book hotel for 3 person they have offered 3 bed facility since they are charging 3 person cost. But for that i need to fight to get 3rd bed even i pay for it

Rude reception staff

Terrible attitude of the reception staff, not welcoming at all. No parking facilities, at the time of checkout we had to wait half an hour just for the person to check the room. Check out staff was rude as well

*Booking and Stay ExperienceA Disappointing Encounter* I recently booked a stay at *Grand Kingsgate Waterfront By Millennium Hotels, Dubai* for two nights. The stay was scheduled for *September 28th, 29th, and 30th, 2024. During the booking process, I specifically chose and paid for a package that *included breakfast. The transaction went smoothly, and I received confirmation that everything was in order. However, upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, I was informed by the hotel receptionist that *breakfast was not included* in my stay. This was incredibly frustrating since my booking confirmation clearly stated that breakfast was part of the package, and I had already paid for it upfront. Things got worse when I tried to resolve the issue. Instead of receiving immediate help, I was told that it would take *48 hours to investigate and resolve my complaint. This timeline made absolutely no sense, as my stay was only for two nights. By the time, my stay would be over, and I would have already checked out. In the meantime, I had no choice but to arrange breakfast from outside at my own expense, which was both inconvenient and costly. It felt as though I was being penalized for their mistake. When I asked about a refund for the breakfast I had paid for but did not receive, response was even more disappointing. They informed me that *they couldn’t refund my payment. This response was unacceptable, given that the mistake was on their end, and they made no real effort to offer compensation or a quick resolution. This whole experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied.

One of the worst hotel i have stayed in my entire life. I should have checked the reviews before booking thats the mistake i have done. Staffs are rude especially the receptionist and rooms where small and felt cheap. Changed the rooms 2 times because of bad smell and the check out process also took a long time as the hotel staff were checking the rooms for long, they might think that we have stolen something or broke something at room. The parking is the other issue, no proper space and someone has banged on our car in the parking and hotel staffs doesn’t know how it happened. Please never book this hotel location: terrible service:horrible room: no space/felt cheap staffs: rude price: expensive compared to other hotels

First and last time. About location and hotel it s good but service was something incredible. They made me pay 155 aed for a stain due to an eucalypti cream for backache. This is simply because they were not able to clean properly.
