It was a great day. The service was excellent, but the check-in process was delayed. We had to wait for a long time. Enjoy the ambience.

Hotel is in a location close to dubai mall and burj. Great views from the room. Breakfast buffet spread was very good. Room was spacious and beautiful.

Comfortable stay. Staff was courteous and efficient. The team at the reception were very clear with their inputs regarding taxi/public transport etc. Lots of restaurants in and around the hotel. Had a wonderful time. Kudos to the team.

Location is great, view is amazing (they upgraded the room as well with balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in dubai. Food, amenities ( specially the kids club) and services. Everything was incredible.

It’s not about the stay that’s my usual hotel but the booking experience was the worst i had a reservation and had to cancel plans and wait outside and in the lobby for 2. 5hrs before getting confirmation of the room from mmt

It was great and comfortable stay. Good indian breakfast and dinner. Kids club was great and also roof top restaurants are good to get dubai skyline vibe. You can see burj khalifa from your window all day long!

Location, people and ambience all was good and it was true luxury. The canal in front of hotel was giving a royal touch.
