The duty manager u mar was rude and spoiled the entire experience. He need to learn the softer skills.

Ho-ward johnson is one of those well located and good hotels yet easy on the pocket. The amenities are decent and the staff is very courteous. Complimentary breakfast is pretty decent too. The restaurants in the hotel are just okayish for lunch and dinner options. But if you are booking through makemytrip, then please watch out if you have an additional adult or child (beyond the room capacity of 2 adults, because mm t will not make it transparent to you about the additional charges for extra pax and you will be taken by surprise when you check-in.

Mostly an Indian type hotel. service was good. breakfast was good. other food ok. many veg options. if you are planning to use taxi you can go any where and you will get it within minutes. lot of shopping near by. In taxi burj kalifa, dubai mall, downtown 50 AED max. dubai marina walk, view at the palm, jumeirah beach 100AED taxi. if you are 4 people or family use taxi. lot of veg restuarents near by. woodlands, veganeshwars all 15mins walk. I went in dec so climate was pleasant. you can convert currency in hotel. to be honest I felt indian metros are expensive than dubai atleast in restaurant and cabs 😀

Awesome stay experience and amazing breakfast. They have tasty breakfast and everyone is nice over there. A bit slow service but okay would recommend for a longer stay. Loved by indians majorly has great indian and continental breakfast. Would love to visit again.

It was an amazing stay as a family. The rooms were really clean and service was pretty fast. Even the breakfast was great with lot of options for both veg and non veg and the location of the hotel was good as there were lot of indian restaurants near by. Overall experience was great

Review: i was asked to pay 200aed as a security deposit after paying the full booking amount. Now that they have made the reverse transaction of the paid money, the money has not yet been credited to my bank account, and this is an unnecessary issue for a customer. Kindly advise the hotel management to stop doing this to their customers to avoid the frustration after checking out.

Rooms were not spacious. Food was not hot. Staff was good. Housekeeping is good. There was only kerala food not variety in paranthas in morning buffet. We did not take dinner and lunch buffet so we ordered dinner with our own choice. That was good.

It's an ok hotel ok value for the price but you can find other better hotels the hallways smell of smoke even in non smoking zone n restaurant staff is good n food is also decent lobby needs to be renovated rooms are small but functional
