They don’t have the things they say they’ll provide. They don’t provide mineral water. They just give a glass bottle of drinking water one bottle at a time. No one came for laundry. Cleaning lady was kind and good. Their rest room wasn’t the great the sink was’t function properly. Tv didn’t work. They don’t even provide any toiletries. I mean which hotel doesn’t provide toiletries? even in house stays they give tooth brushes and lotions. Apart from all this, this hotel is really far from dubai centre so for tourists i highly recommend not to book this place. It’s neither comfortable to stay nor nearby to any tourist attractions. My overall rating would be 2. 5 stars out of 5.

Room was completely need maintenance before entering guests as many things was broken or not working but the worst thing was trying to cheat guest to pay for maintaince of previously broken thins
moreover, room service was so poor

The room it was so quiet clean everything is good the food tasted was good also and the reception stuff they are very helpful it's will not be my last time thank you for everything, best regards

good and friendly location. i had great view🪟. very calm place. everything is clean. (but only have one bath towel.)
Rooms were comfy and the breakfast was great. Was worth the price. The hotel was quite and staff were professional

Hotel ambience was ok, but being a huge hotel, there was no breakfast included with the bookings and food quality was not good as per indian taste

I had a pleasant stay at the ibis hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, i would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

We just booking with one letter wrong they not allow need to pay 500 aed again that we spent total amount 968 aed per night so bad that hotels

This was 2nd time i had booked this hotel through make-my trip. But this time i had booked for 2 nights, but due to urgent work stayed only one night. So it is requested to refund the one-night stay or make it in credit so next time i can redeem it for my hotel booking.
