    Wastage of money at "jumeriah mina a salam"

    Beautiful property. Abra ride is really beautiful but the services are not up to the mark. They allowed to check in at 3 pm only whether u arrive before check in time. I reached to hotel at 1 pm and they said they will call or wats app once the room is ready but i didnt received anything then i went to reception at 3:05pm and immediately they gave me card keys. They didnt took pain to inform the guests for room. Then i waited for 45 mins for my luggage. I called 4 times at reception then i got my luggage. Then we found room ac is not working then again we called at reception then they repaired it and then it worked. Then we went to take shower but there was only hot even boiling water was coming from shower. Then again i complained for it for 30 mins then engineer came and found regulator of shower is not working. And now it was 9 pm means the whole day was spoiled in taking care of their maintenance and when we checked out mr. Abra on front desk was there and i complained about my experience but he didn't show any curtsies there was no apology from his side. Front desk staff is not good at all. Really a very very bad experience. This incident makes the saying true "all that glitters, is not gold. Dont waste your hard earned money to this property. Either go to raffles the palm. Shangri la. Kempinski.

    Excellent facilities, toilet shower very cheap and inconvenient bad hospitality and reciption i will not repeat the visit
